Gosh, from one problem to another. The first problem with the subscription was resolved relatively quickly enough but now I can't actually sign into the app and therefore still cannot access the content. Sigh...the app actually looks like it would be really good if only it didn't have all these access problems! Edit: Despite the issues, I must they get resolved relatively quickly.
Edit: this has been resolved. But processing of subscription wasn't 5 minutes.. it was more than 4 hours. I have subscribed to VIP and it has been more than an hour I cannot still access its content. This is just frustrating. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I REALLY LOVE THIS APP but recently after i got vip it has been very slow and the app will only DOWNLOAD 2 videos at a time which is annoying. Also it doesnt save the part where i left off at and thats not bad but the thing is that its soooooooooo slow and my wifi is perfectly fine like it would stop and load everything 30 and it would load for more than 4 minutes sometimes. Please help meeeeeeeeeee
Ok you need to make sure that the videos start from where is stoped. Whenever I get a notification or click on something by mistake I have to reopen the video and fast forward. It will be great if I could pause and close the app and to come back and find the video paused from where I stoped like in Netflix.
Really good app but i think that there could have more taiwan dramas like 姐的时代 or 三明治女孩的逆袭 which i wanted to watch but couldn't really find it in good quality. Also, please add a menu where all the available shows are there & not only showing only some of the available shows. Thanks! Overall a great app that i think is worth paying for 😊
very nice app! thank you! but this 2 days i have problem with the app. My internet connection work perfectly fine. but the app said that there is error on my internet connection, and something wrong with my status subscription, suddenly im not VIP anymore, but the payment went thru. HELP 😭🙏
If I could score it no stars, I would. I signed up for VIP and is never able to see any movies beyond the free esposide. I contacted Vidfish numerious time and still having the same problem. Do not understand why you charge people for a service when the service never works.
Every months my subscription get renewed thru my apple pay but will take more than 5 days to reflect on the app. My September subscription was paid on 09/20 still showing expired. I have to send a feedback all the time to have this is resolved! This business had been a disappointment since the beginning!
I wrote my review, explaining my issue. Support team on both social media and email responded within a few hours. They helped fix my subscription error and very friendly! I do love this app and the selection. Wish were more english sub but a lot are! Changed the rating to 4 because everyone can use improvements but very happy once the app was fixed for me!
ive signed up for subscription almost month ago and I was still able to watch shows last weeks. But after this update, I couldn't open the app so I uninstalled then installed it again, and to my surprise my account is not registered when I try to sign it. what's happening?!
awesome update, i am thankful for the English subtitles, can't find them anywhere else and helps me to understand all my favorite Chinese tv dramas easily. recommend this to anyone looking for an app with the latest shows with subtitles. it's now a must as one of my everyday apps.
Great selection but not many with English subtitles. It doesn't say which ones are subtitle or not. Been trying to cancel my subscription for months and still getting charged.

At first I decided not to get VIP because the app doesn't work; it shows only a blank screen. But, I decided to pay for VIP and just watch on the website until the app starts working properly and man I should have not bothered at all. I was promptly charged the moment I signed up for VIP but Vidfish keeps telling me I don't have VIP when I want to watch something. I don't appreciate having my money taken and not being provided the service I payed for.
I won't renewing subscription until they get their programming corrected for their app! They have a wonderful selection of movies, but no way to watch them because the app doesn't work!
Keep up the uploads, been subscribing one of the best apps for watching tv. i really love this app because so many shows i search everywhere finally found, good app for chinese shows and with subtitles. easy to use.
Here is some advice, first dont mislead people and say free cause some people can't afford this stuff, because their parents wont or just not financial stable to give them money. And when trying to go on the app, it didnt even load. And when I tried to sign up and give my credit card number it took me out of the app, to my home screen, I cant do anything. And no subtitles.
no ads. the most interesting shows have English and indo subtitles, which help me to understand the shows. best show is when we were young, highly recommended! hope to see more shows coming in. think this will be a great app in future!!
The shows are good but I can't use my VIP access that Iam being charge monthly as it keeps telling me that it will take 1-5 mins. to be processed. I've logged out, cleared my cache and uninstalled and installed it again but it won't update my account profile to show my VIP access subscription. It's been more than 3 mos. already.
It says in the app that if I want to watch the episodes 11 till 24 of the series "When we were young", I have to be a VIP. But I already joined the 30 days VIP. So why can't I unlock the other episodes? I will give it a 5 stars if you fix this issue and thank you. :) btw, I really loved the the "When we were young" series. Keep it up!
I subscribed to vidfish yet they did not process for me and kept asking me to wait for a few minutes and i have waited for days and still the same thing happen . However i tried sending email to them but yet they say webpage not available hence not being able to send email. So im truly doubting this is a scam for me . As im lost of what should i do or how should i contact them for this subscription . I dont reccomend this app as it did not process immediately and help wasnt provided.
I can't watch anything. The videos keep loading over and over. I've tried to reinstall and install again, but with no success. All the dramas I click on it has the same problem. Can you guys fix it? Do I have to do something?
What's the benefit of joining the monthly pass? Seriously, i've already paid $5 to be a member but there's no difference at ALL in the app. I still can't watch the subsequent episodes of Mr Swimmer and i also can't watch it in HD. Is there anything that i misunderstood? Please help :(

i choose this app rather than VIDOL because it has subtitles and i also started the 30 Days free trial . i was watching Decoded but when i want to continue watching ep 2 , it was blank . it's same for ep 3 and 4 . pls fix it right away because it was the best drama i've ever watched.
EDITED. Subscribed again as they have fixed this issue. Thanks! Cancelled my subscription. 1. I've subscribed to their VIP pass the other day but it didn't work. When I click the "VIP" labeled videos, it takes me back to "Join Free for 30 days" tab. 2. Now it doesn't even seem to work anymore, a pop up note appears saying "Network error". I'll consider subscribing again when fixed.
