It's the most horrible app that I have ever come across, probably, all the government apps are almost alike. You the authorities please look into matter. Payment of the bill can't be properly executed because the first month's payment could be easily executable however, from then onward, the next month's instalment cannot be singly selected, rather the remaining two months get automatically selected and above all, even if one intends to execute the next two months payment, he is unable to so!
The application is not user-friendly. It lags and needs to be drastically improved. The UI also so bad as compared to other state electricity suppliers.
Very good. It's a wonderful experience. It's a time saving software. No need to worry to deposit the money to the counter. As a service man we have no time to deposit the bill to the counter. Government takes a nice decision to make sure the payment also. Thanks a lot for giving me this opportunity.
Give the option in the menu to write directly to the higher authorities about the power availability in our area. In our area, the power availability is very poor. There is always the problem of low voltage and voltage fluctuation, the problem of massive load shedding which increases in summer. At the end of the month, if we have to pay the electricity tariff at an increased rate, then we will definitely have equal priority to get good service.
Unable to pay bill on line as Bill payment successive page does not open at all. Totally fed up. Also this new system of asking for 9 digit consumer ID has further complicated the mode of payment on line. Why can't you simplify as some error continues repeating on and on till it drives you nuts. Now I can't ever pay my bills on line. Thanks for the inconvenience.
When I was doing my bill payment on 04/05/21 pending status was shown but after some sec the page disappear before downloading the recipt. The amount was deducted but the bill payment is still upaid and the amount is not refunded. Previously same things happened but few hours later the bill was updated. This issue is constantly occuring while paying bill and not fixed yet. I am forced to write this issue as it is not fixed..
This App can be more useful if some modification is done. We can't see previous quarter payment status, we also can't download paid receipts. Apart from these deficiency, these days the App is not working properly, everytime it asking Consumer ID and after putting the credentials it's again coming back to Consumer ID page. Please fix the bug.
The app was good. But, for some serious technical issues, I am giving two starts only. Even after payment of my last bill (April-June, 2021), no receipt was generated, no email of confirmation came. When I informed the issue via email, no reply was given. History of successful transactions shows only the transactions of 2016-2017. What is this? Pending transactions reflect many successful transactions. People will remain confused. Any proper legal step will create troubles for the department.
As used it for 1st time, I feel very comfortable experience. Very good and user-friendly. One suggestion is that the options for changing registered mobile number and any corrections (like spelling mistakes or typing errors) in name or address may be included. Regards
The worst ever app i have seen in my life. Never work due to the technical issue. Had to face late fine as I'm staying away from home, my parants are old enough to travel to bill diposite desk and this APPLICATION DID NOT WORKED. Please recruit some quality resources to manage the technical aspects of the application. HUGE DOWNTIME. If there is any server related issue/disaster, please check if they are using disaster recovery.
Edit: everything is OK now, hence allotting a 5 Star. Thanks. Old comment: This app does not allow me to register my number after I uninstalled it once. Now everytime I try to reopen the app, it crashes. Shows up a message "Sorry, SMS delivery failed. Try again later." and yet I receive the registration code everytime instantly! Don't know what is wrong with this. Fix the issue ASAP.
It doesn't accept any feedback after a complaint is lodged. While clicking on the feedback button it takes me back to the "Create New" complaint page. Its a very bad bug that needs to be fixed soon. Besides that many more improvement needs to be done like calling the nearest local office through the app etc.
The app is good. Features are good. But the most important thing u should make good that the bill section. The main purpose is to Give bills but When I paid a Bill of a month it still.shows in View Bill and Pay bill section.I know it's easy to ignore that but for some people who don't much know about online payment system how it works for them it's Worrying. So please improve it.
I paid my electric bill for the month of September 20- November 20 today through this app but the app failed to show me the succesful payment receipt. It shows my payemnt failed/pending status but the portal shows that it is indeed paid. The bank also debited the amount. So the app is quite buggy....better look into it
really impressed by the performance of this app. very easy to operate. once i had to register a complaint about voltage fluctuation. and i did it via this app. i was contacted by electricity board personal within 60seconds and my issue was resolved within an 1hour. really appreciate their hard work.
Everything is smooth, good experience but sometimes the operations turn diffuct(though rare). The app has non functional load enhancement section which should be functional. Recepts of the payments are not available as the buttom is inoperative, it should be introduced. Other sections are not only actively functional, very prompt too....😊 For betterment present rates of units slab-wise along will bill calculator tobbe introduced for us. Thank you.
Worst app full of bugs. The overall service of wbsedcl is 3rd class. There are constant voltage fluctuation and load shedding problem in my area. I have reported the above issues several times but they have done nothing.
Mostly everytime whenever I start the application to raise a complaint the application shows me some error message. One of these are: THE SERVER COULD BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE OR TOO BUTY. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. I tried several times after showing the error message but it still showing me this only.
The app is completly OK. The only thing is you should add "Download Receipts" option after successful bill payment. The option should appear on top or bottom corner or should come as pop up just after successful transaction. It is difficult to get the payment receipt.
I will say ,that's useful application for every android user. Bill payments is smoothly done by atm card,s and don't need to go anywhere for bill payment. This app provides necessary notification at the right time. This app is trustable and easy to use.
Good App covering all aspect, got what I just needed. Only thing lacking is Customer Care info/ number or other important contact number it's like you can't talk and query anything verbally if required by the personnel also they can improve editing of personal profile database like we can add email through this app or any details and later submit the same in the main office for verification. Beside that I am liking it..
I can't able to see my current bill amount.. Due to some reason my meter reading was not done but before that the bill amount was automatically seen in this app thoug the meter reading was done or not..in this conditions I can't able to check my meter reading.. I have some personal problems.. It will be very helpful for me if the bill amount will be shown automatically without checking the meter.. Please..
Most of the day no power without any reason. Very bad, wrost service, any time i dont know that my problem was solve or not, and wrost service of wbsedcl. My area has no power most of the day, and night time low voltage. Why you use this app, delete it from playstore, you dont have the capability to run this app, improve your service first. This is one of the worst app. I have so doubt that , if one's complaints reach at the final stage or not. I think there is no function of this app. The so called attenders pays attention towards users of this app not at all. If there be any occurence of 'NO POWER' due to very foul weather , user's complaint about it fails all times. Its very fakeness indicates, this is not at all users friendly. So, just throw it away.Even the electric office doesn't receive phone if we complain using mobile!!!!
I paid my bill.. After successful transaction it first showed that my payment is pending, then after few days it showed payment failed. On the other hand on "pay bill" option it showed that "you do not have any unpaid understanding"... That's the problem I faced. Worse app
Overall the experience is good but after the payment is complete i recieved message of payment being successful but when i enter through the websiite it shows that the payment isn't still made and i can't even download the reciept of the payment. It would be great if you kindly looked into the matter.
While everything is super smooth and one can check their history of payment with intuitive home screen, I can't check my receipt after payment. That is the only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star.
It is a very good app but not good enought to solve all your problems and it depend on region basis, because in the end the officers are goverment employees (very rigid). I repoted a complaint twice but din't got any responses but in the status it was displaying as issue resolved and i din't even got a call once. The app is good but few people working behind these app are ignorant and lethargic.Thank you ...
Data synchronisation problem. I have already paid bill amount. It almost 24 hours, but still showing bill amount not paid. Not only that, there are lots of UI problems and not user friendly. Very bad design, looking like web view. The most bad thing is the capta verification every time. 😛Hi development team, you need move in to new things...
