ViettelPay

App was literally a puzzle to use. I didn't have much hope for Vietnamese apps but this was way below my expectation. TERRIBLE UX. BASIC FUNCTIONS DO NOT WORK. Did employees get treated awfully or were they paid peanuts to create this mess of an app?

The new interface shows promotions only, whilst the main function like bill payment was hiding somewhere. Money transfer function shows only a bottom menu without any action. Please bring back the previous interface and simplify it rather than showing this useless interface. Update: need to reinstall the app to make it work properly. This is very inconvenient for non-tech people.

I couldn't update my account info, when I took a photo of my IDC, the app stucked at a cyan background with a back button. I tried a few times but the results were the same. Also the at the Nhập số GTTT it should have numeric keyboard instead of full keyboard because it was hard to type on a small screen. The date input was reversed. In general, not a good experience for new users!

This apps is bad, they don't tell you that you need to upgrade untill you signed up and link your account once u transfer money from your account to viettelpay, you can't transfer or withdraw back that is when they tell you u need to go to there shop to upgrade the package. So now my money is stuck there unless i go to the shop, so ridiculous i thought it supose to be convenient. Such BS

Happily to use so far with deep support to Viettel, being a pioneer and leading Vnese transformed enterprise, however, this time i experience more inconvenience with. Recently, wanted to recheck the payment records for some verification to the receivers and work needs, however, it is very limited up to 60 latest days only (took time to get this final answer). Most disappoint, the record displays no original "payment content", so, how could I know whom i paid for in my record? Very unfinancial..

App is good with many functions. But i't very disturbing when notifications are sent to my phone everyday. I tried to turn it off but i couldn't find it in the app, so i uninstalled it.

Definitely Scammer app. THEY immediately DELETED real feedback from user. They automatically puts another bank account into you default beneficiary List, and mark it as default at the frist line when you transfer money.

Bad app, always have bug. Do your team have any tester or QA??? Trash. I cant access this application, althrough my phone connect with wifi and it can run any app required wifi or 3g 4g. But your app always appear the box to mention my phone not connect wifi. Wth?

The software keeps holding the phone processor while waiting for otp code, not to allow to access the message to find the code. Many functions are not stable. I failed to link it to my atm card even all the required information had been provided correctly.

This app is annoying. Even you just downloaded and used it once, it always tried asking you to use or consumed your money in the app (11000vnd per month) for "keeping the service" fee. Cheap trick to keep clients. How can a digital wallet like this app force users to use it by applying the maintaining fee? It's not the banking service.

Horrible experience. You will get charged if there's no transaction within 6 months. Then if you wanna delete you account because you no longer need it, you can't even do it online but gotta take your ID, abcxyz to the store, SERIOUSLY??? Hilarious

I got lots of problems with the transfer function. They are often loading for a long time and no respond. Otherwise, the transfer is fast and details, easy to follow

The app is improved but is still not good. This app is developed by a telecomunication group but the phone bill payment icon is not show in the first icon line, and even be covered by the floating icon. What a bad UI dev!

bad UX, and they only support a few Napas banks, I can't find mine. at least support Visa or Mastercard

very bad app, bad service. I prefer momo or airpay. I went to viettel to withraw money at 7pm but they said they were busy so plz come to another post. The other post said that system has error cannot sign up my ID to upgrade my account, if i want to withdraw money I have to upgarde account.....so f***ing inconvinience. use other app instead!!!!!

It's a very useful app. All the transfers are free and can be received within 1 minute. There're also many promotions that would help save a lot of money. Highly recommended!

App looks fine, has all functions of a payment app. But need to improve the way to start app, it is too slow. What a user want is app can be ready to use in 1 second.

Never even support this perv app. I have been supporting this brand of product and alot of their services including mobile phone network and internet. They just destroyed my sim card and it's no longer in service. What about my credit balance i had topped up onto that sim card? And the unlimited moblie data i paid 300000vnd only lasted me 3days out of the total 30days they supposed to supply me?? I checked.This isht normally happens to foreigners in vietnam but now native viet clients too

Terrible app. I'm struggle with linking my ATM card to the ViettelPay account. I have to sign in to my ebank app inside the ViettelPay app every transaction, which is time-consuming. I'm considering whether ViettelPay is collecting my bank account information illegally. I use smart otp, so the transaction was cancelled after I switched to my ebank app to take the otp.

The plus point of this app is that it is possible to pay for many services including tuition of large schools throughout the country. Its biggest fool is only for linking domestic cards, not for bank accounts and international cards.

too slow and not easy to use, when this app was launched new version the users have to update and couldn't use. i do not want to use this app anymore.Its really inconvenient in urgent cases and take too much my time...

it sent me a sms said that i will be charged for installed it before. a system that will charge user money when they are already uninstall is unbelieveable. and now i had to go to their store to cancel my usage. what's a service!

It's inconvenient when the app reloads. Out of session but still inside the app. Loading speed is too slow

Will be honest, I just use it to pay for Viettel services for the discounts. This app is fine but nothing extraordinary. Will give 5 stars and switch to this if they support NFC

The history doesn't get updated A friend sent me money, but it doesn't display in history instantly, only after a few hours... Please fix

I see this app been out for a while and still no English option. For some you have an option to translate the new updates in English language. delete

Feeling unsafe when using this app. Cuz every promotion that Viettel recommended is not so clear. I even didnt receive any 20k vnd each month when I first installed this app. Besides, it automatically created a new debit account associated with MB bank, which was not allowed or permited by me before. That's why it made me feel not being respected and safe. I dont have any hate on Viettel in general. But this app did. => Before you do anything please ask for user permission.
