Shipper giao hàng chậm. Ko lưu lại log shipper giao hàng cho khách. Sửa thời gian giao hàng cho khách. Hẹn lịch lung tung. Đồ nằm ở bưu cục rồi, shipper ko ship cho khách. -------------------------- Shipper ship very slowly, but this app can not write log when shipper pick up lading and return it when they do not ship this lading. After I call with supporter, this lading has been changed pickup time. May be another lading, I received it after 3 day ( when it come to HN and nearest post office ).
Basic problems, TOO BAD app for a big company.
The app is okay but the service is bad. You guys should choose the option which the receiver pays, or the deliverer gonna keep asking to get the neighborhood get the box instead of the actual receiver. They dont care cause they got the money already anyways.
Terrible app, error when input otp, then request to install more app (mocha) to receive otp. Not just terrible app, terrible support and responding also. Big company but very terribe responding. Response after more than 10 days. You need to look at the rating point to review and improve the apps. Keep losing customer with this way of working. Really disappoited.
Slow and terrible UX (no busy indicator).The business model is not perfect so using the app can be hard in some cases.
Not really helpful. Data is not synced as well. Complete items sometimes displays as incomplete!
Firstly, I believe that this app shows ads on locked screen. This is crazy and stupid. Secondly, this app works inappropriately.

Terrible UI/UX. They should make it as easy as Grab Ship. Fire the guy in charge, and hire someone who can get things done.
Too bad why should I install another app for the OTP? And why the OTP sent to my phone is not valid to sign up???
Terrible exp. Delayed, verification code error, 30 min to creat a new bill.

I believe this application read my messages (Skype to be exact) to get the the address where I want to sent my items to. So basically I believe this application is a violation to my/people's privacy. If it can read my skype messages, what else could it read???
I couldn't open the app. It's closed immediately after I press the open button.
I recieved OTP and it is expired. The App requested to install Mocha to recieve OTP. Too bad

Terrible app and service.
Pick up package wrong time, and then make an appointment to come back again after 3 days. I asked them to come in the morning, and they come at night.
