I bought my daughter a discovery vr headset bought this app as it said and apparently it is not the right one for this app that we had to pay for and cant even use it very disappointing
ive bought the access to the game with my other phone, and i cant use the game on this phone.. usually that doesnt matter with paid games. so i guess i just waisted 6 bucks. .
I have gotten it to work before but today it's not working at all. Won't read experience reel. Just keeps counting down.
Its does not work at all, i have the wildlife and its works ok it gets stuck sometimes but this one does not work with or without the reels
the discs don't work with the app. total waste if money. don't purchase this.
Unable to download discovery videos. It remains 0% after hit download! Help

This app worked great when I bought it last year. I bought it for my homeschooled twins and it came with the starter pack. I decided to get them and my homeschooled grandson phones, him a starter pack and all three 3 experience packs for Christmas. Here I am 4 days before Christmas and I decide to test it out, only to find out the app is no longer working. It worked last week when I tested it out when I first bought the phones. Now I get nothing but a white or black screen on everything but "Labyrinth". I didn't buy an experience pack for "Labyrinth". Mattel, please fix this! Hopefully before Christmas 2017! I don't want to disappoint my 7 year old twins and 5 year old grandson.
Terrible choice for a Christmas gift. Took hours to download content, scan cards ect, in the end only the demo content will work. The device won't fine the reels on my Google Nexus or my Wife's iPhone.
Nothing is happening after I launch the app and their logo appears.
This was working fine, and then it just stopped working. There was no update to the app, it just quit loading. All I get is a black screen and nothing else!
Worked once. Now it never finds the reels. Tried it on 2 different phones.
It only lets me play the demo
I launch app then it closes...not cool!
The worst... Doesn't working with S8+ in any light with any real. Tried multiple experiences. Nothing. I'm done... selling the whole set up.

Very poorly designed app. You would think they would have put more effort into it considering they are a large toy company. The actual headset is great for the price, but this isn't a review for that. I was so frustrated, trying to get the stupid app to recognize discs. Never got it to work. This is on a 5x like the last guy who reviewed it and like he said, the dumb app shows the camera upside down and inverted.
App downloaded fine, but once you try and open app it's just a blank screen.
Crashes every time I try to open it on my LG G3
On the demo, you only get like 5 minutes to do anything. Can you please get more time into the demo, for the people who don't have money to buy the real thing? Other than that, it is a great game.
Doesn't work. Camera is upside down on Nexus 5X. Update the camera API.
Did not work...paid full version and app would not load
It would probably get a better rating if you could open it and not just see black.
This app work before but it doesn't work anymore.
Would have given it more stars if the Discovery Cinema downloaded (we have the experience reels),but I have tried now on different phones and with different internet providers. Would have been great if it worked now it is just disappointing.
