Paid $7.99 for the app, and now all the features have disappeared, cannot config, edit of update. Bummer, needs a refund
Viewing the cameras on the app works great, but when moving camera using directional arrows the view stays the same unless you refresh the video. Don't understand why this is happening? In other words view will not move on app, seems to be stuck in one area and won't move. The sound is great.

Cannot connect at all, have tried all model s in this app.
Works with Foscams fine but in poor quality. Picture on w9820 is very poor - send to be using 2nd stream (kind of 640x380) on 720p camera.
Froze constantly, overheated my phone and drained my battery even on the charger. Junk.

Couldn't install the app (netcamera360) that came with my generic wifi IP camera...crashes on install..tried to foscam app & it worked with limitation..
