Never connects! Will not connect to network when I'm on my home wifi. I have to turn wifi off and rely on the Verizon network, which is sometimes spotty at my house. Doesn't push notifications to my cell phone, which means I'm missing calls. Help!! We have to use this to be able to work from home. The iPhone users are having far less issues than I am.
This app does not work. I have a Galaxy S21 and the app crashes Everytime I open it. I used to use it on my S8 and it at least worked a little, but call quality was awful and it wouldn't let you view IMs someone sent you. Don't waste your time with this app.
DO NOT BUY! The app does not work on any android device I have ever used, nor do I know of anyone it works for. It immediately crashes upon opening. I was told it only works on devices made before 2013. The company doesn't care about any issues you may have. Call quality for our remote workers is so bad they can't use the desk phone and have to forward all calls to their personal phones. Horrible app, horrible company. Stay away.
***EDITED*** This app is unbelievable. You have to keep it open for at least 5 mins if you want to be able to change your status (ie, for the app to "connect"). Call quality is a joke. The app is extremely buggy. It's infuriating that the developers refuse to make any changes or upgrade it in any way. I feel like I have to hold my breath and say a quick prayer before I make a call or send an IM because it only works about 50% of the time. Crappy downgrade from an already crappy desktop version.
I updated my phone to Android 11 to fix some problems happening with my email account and now the app won't work. Sent and email and got no response. Had to transfer my service to an old phone. So frustrating. Wish someone would just answer my question as to when this will support Android 11 so I can go back to my regular phone!!!
love this option since I work from home and I don't want clients to have my personal cell#. The only problem I have found is I must raise my voice quite a bit for people to hear me. They keep asking can you talk louder? I'm practically yelling into my phone. If not for that it's perfect!
I went from Samsung s9+ to Samsung s21 and found out the newest version of the app does not work on home wifi. It wants you to connect to corporate wifi to make out going calls.
Update: Still doesn't work with One UI 4.0/Android 12... Please fix this!!! This app doesn't open at all on my s21 ultra or galaxy tab 7+...

I have to use this for work, but it could use some work. The app keeps a constant notification in my notification bar to tell me whether it's connected or not, which is useless. The app also drains my battery significantly because it's always running. However, it's completely hit-or-miss whether the call notifications occur as the call is happening or once it's already been missed. I usually uninstall it on the weekends or if I'm not going to be working remotely much, because there's not really any rest to turn off it off, that I have found.
I just installed recently for work. Seems to work fine, but I have one HUGE gripe. WHY IS THERE NO WAY TO SIGN OUT OR TURN OFF THE APP? When I leave work for the night or weekend, I don't want calls except in absolute emergencies which is handled with a different feature of the phone system. If they implement a way to shut this off, it'll get 5 stars (unless something else rears it's ugly head).
IM has never worked for me. Personal Status is glitchy and won't stay on the status I set. Not sure what happened, but now I can't even log in anymore. Worked on it with our IT and they can't figure it out. Horrible app. Start over.
A complete, buggy and subpar app in every way and I rely on it as part of my job which makes it even more embarrassing.

The app won't open after downloading. I have completed a factory reset and had this app be the first to download and still wouldn't work. This has caused several issues regarding my work experience during a pandemic. Attempted to contact the developer and got a bounceback that it wasn't valid. I can't work without this app!
