Works okay on Android 10 but functionality is limited. You can't turn the unit on with the app and the volume increases in 5s. The big issue is the app does not open on android 11 at all. Reached out to support through email a month ago. Haven't heard anything.
Can't do basic navigation with this app... they didn't even implement the navigation wheel. Honestly, why do you bother?
UPDATE (8/2/19): App is allowing registration now. I finally received a validation code. 😊 (7/26/19) App is broken - it won't send code to allow registration!
Horrible instructions! It says simply, "Scan the QR code", but nowhere on the website or in this app does it say how to make the projector display the QR code! This would be easy if they only gave the most basic information!
Viewsonic basically don't care about app development/support anymore. I love the M2 but will definitely think twice next time buying Viewsonic.
Cannot even setup this functionality anymore because no one even owns or sells devices with such an old Android version

Does not work . it ask to register begore finding out it does not work.then you can only use if you have your projectors qr code

Useless, on projector you can control only volume and power off

On an X10-4K you get the pairing QR code by going into the AppsCenter then Alexa Installation, first step is set up vRemove with the QR code...

Totally worthless. To set up a device it requires a qr scan. There is no qr code on the projector or box or anything. I lost my remote and thought this would be my solution, but it's just complete garbage.
