Viewster – Movies, TV & Anime

As soon as I downloaded the app I opened it and it said content not available. So I clicked on other things, it still said the same thing I later found out that it was my internet connection. Then I fixed my internet connection and it still said the same thing. I tried to refresh the app and go in settings to figure something out, but nothing really worked. It just kept saying content is not available.

I would love to give this 5 stars cause you have some of my favorites, but I just can't. I was able to watch shows from the "anime series" section but nothing from the "hulu series". If you're going to have a section based off of another streaming app. Please make sure people can watch and that it's up to date. All the shows were giving me was "this video isn't available, some videos must be pulled from hulu time to time". 😞😞

The experience on the whole is good with nice choice of shows but I can't seem to cast to my TV. I can see my TV connected to Viewster but nothing ever shows up on the screen. I haven't had trouble casting any other app so I don't know what could be the problem.

The app doesn't actually work . Whenever I tried opening it kept on stopping and even if I ended up opening it , it would just say that the content is not available. It would be really nice if you could fix the problems and put anime to watch on the app because that's it's purpose .

Im really enjoying this player, but I'd like if there was a skip forward/backwards 10 seconds option, and the seek bar only jumps in chunks. other than that, the ui is clean and easy to navigate and playback hasn't been an issue. Thanks!

I have used this app a few times. I would consider this to be a pretty good app. But the only thing that is separating this from greatness is the lack of selection [on all shows] and where you can watch the shows on here for free and with ANY signal strength. Other than that, I love it. Please keep getting better.

broken app, i downloaded this on a differnt phone before and the same thing keeped happening, whenever you go to serch for an anime it just freezes. it kicks you off the app. no animes load on the homepage (again its not just my phone because the same happend with my other one) this app is litterly a waste of space.no reason to download it. it would be a waste of time to even try.

Used to be great, stopped working. It says they have been "aquired by Cinedigm", and on their website it says they are moving. However, things have been this way for over a year. It is quite safe to assume that viewster has been slashed. Edit: viewster now redirects to "contv"

I just installed this and when I went in it said no content available, searching does not work. Signing in with Google account just causes the app to stop and when I checked the terms and conditions it just led me to a website that doesn't share the same name as the app

I had just downloaded the app and when I just tried to join as a member, it crashed and kept saying the app stopped. So I tried one or two more times just for it to tell me the same thing. Oh, and it also says there is no content for anything.

This App is amazing! I love a lot of the series on here and it doesn't cost ANY money or trials!! I would get it 5 stars but there are 2 problems.... 1.There is a LOT of ads.. I cant watch at least 8 min without ads.. 2. There isnt many new animes here or new seasons.. And thats why!! Wonderfull app tho!!

This app was really trash. I don't know if others are suffering from this, but the anime won't even load. I just am met with a black screen. Really sad since it looked really promising and worth my time but it is not... Fix this please!

There's no content no anime no shows movies no anything and you have too much access to my phones sd card and other detail which aren't need to simply watch anime I would like to be contacted by the developer to be determined if it's a bug ect if not that's fine only because I feel the need to report this app if I receive no contact that's fine

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. When I open the app it simply says that there is no content regardless of what tab I am on. And when I try and sign in using Google it force crashes the app. Judging by comments I am not the only person having the problem. Fix your product or remove it from the store

Crashes before I can even do anything. I literally just tap the search icon and the app crashes for no apparent reason. Also, seeing how long people have been complaining about this same issue really shows how much you guys care for this app.

i heard a lot of good things about this service but the app won't load content and crashes anytime i try to join. judging from other reviews that's a fairly common occurrence. very disappointing.

Well can't tell you much about this app as it won't even load any content and when I try searching for a particular TV programme the app just shuts down. I've uninstalled then installed again but still no joy, so all in all a pretty useless app wish I could give it a 0 star rating

What happened to the app? 1 day it was working and the next, gone. 😢 I can't find the anime I was watching on here, on any other anime app. It has helped get rid of my depression after losing my daughter to her insane mother in Family Court. Anime is an escape from the troubles I've had & this app is was got me into watching it, starting May 2018. Please bring it back.

its a great app but a little late on getting the new vids of certain shows. i mean deep space 69 started some new episode but they havent gotten it yet appearantly. if anyone suggest a place where i can watch it let me straight say that i already did. i just like using viewster thats all😁😁 .

I've had this app before, and it never did what its been doing lately. i recently downloaded this app again to get back into anime and j cant even log in or sign up again! it says the content is unavailable but it worked a long time ago for me. what a shame, i love this app :/

It won't load anything keeps saying no connection. Uninstalled then installed again still nothing I tried to join to see if maybe that might be why and it keeps stopping the app. This app is useless shouldn't even be on the store anyone who reads this do not download this app

updated review 2019: Literally nothing works. it says it "cant show content" and absolutely nothing shows or works. Very disappointed. I reinstalled it twice and the same thing happened smh

When I went into the app all it said was no content or something like that. I tried searching up popular animes and nothing showed up. I'm sure you guys are working hard on this app, but this honestly got my hopes up for nothing.

I like it with what the have so far. Maybe updating the library with more shows/movies. And there is always a closure of the app when I try to join/sign in.

Since the viewster has been sold the new parent company has closed down everything and no content is accessible as of this time. They have apparently been working on relaunching it but for months this app should have been delisted. Anyone downloading it don't waste your time right now. For all of those still posting reviews how great the app is recently are obviously just paid reviews because the app is non functional.

This is a great app, but I wish you could sortthe content by genres, date of release, and countries. Please do that. Or ill give you a bad review 😑 Jk. Or am i?😈 and the Player is not a good one. Mske it more like Youtube one or Netflix, aka working properly.
