The operator says that 10% off is given on bookings through app, but the app shows only 5% off and even otherwise, I am not able to redeem the 5% discount coupon, as it shows this coupon cannot be applied. Then, what is the use of downloading this app, we can just book through paytm or redbus.
Very very bad application if you are book your ticket in this application because there no your time quality and they don't know that how to behave with customer
very very very bad experience. They dont have correct data on their website. They change the boarding point to other cities by their own without letting know to the customer.
Worst experience . Staff is not good. Buses are not conformtable. Helpline no. Are not working.
Very worst experience ever Very bad bus ekdum khatara They are stopping the bus in every 10 minutes and took the passengers who have not booked the ticket. Even if there is no space to sit still they are taking the passenger and overloading the bus which can cause any accident. People are sliping on the floor and there is no space to stand and not allowing to go for toilet. Do not ever travel with this tour travels
If you want to reach on time than dont rely. A lot of non booking passenger are entertained on every stoppage of nearly every 40 km and 10 minutes are wasted to adjust the non booking passengers.
App is good and work well but.....loke to mention feedback of busses being operated through the app...i have tried to submit the feedback through app but it send otp but it doesntveified..I have travelled this bus so many times....one thing is worst which is staff behaviour......they doesn't respond in good manner talk like weird.... however bus is good but not maintained...AC vents are broken..driver smoke whose smell come inside the bus.....this things needs to be corrected for better response
Worst Bus booking app. Booked my online ticket from Sonipat to Chandigarh. Payment got deducted but it took 12 hrs to get the ticket confirmed. Moreover still the app was not showing my booking hence I was also not sent any online ticket. So for those peope who want reimbursement of their tickets from any organisation it's a worst app.
Paid for AC Bus but travelling by non AC , Extremely pathetic service , No Cleaning ,Rude Staff in behavior, Not recommended to travel ...... taken as granted due to single service in between Jalandhar to Kanpur ! Claiming my money back as m travelling by non AC Bus and paid for AC Bus ! Kindly reimburse my money to my account!
Worst service, worst conductor. Without any reservations or any availability of seats, they take passengers from anywhere and charge highly to themselves. I have seen it each and every time. Worst service ever in my life.
Dirty pillow covers, bus was stopping at every stoppage, conductor was speaking so loudly with the passangers whom they were picking, even driver wasn't driving properly i could literally move from my bed when he was using break.maintance zero. Though bus was on time to pick us and drop aswell.
Pathetic bus service. They takes extra passengers than available seats and makes crowd in bus. Unable to move inside the bus.
I traveled once. I forgot my earphones. I called driver immediately and he found them and said u can collect it any time. Later he refused to give it back. Also the office staff is very rude so are the bus staff. Worst bus service
Very bad experience with Vijay travels. They don't coordinate as only looking for money. This is first time I booked them. I should have booked Samreen travel's. They have just eaten my 3000 ₹.
First of all i have traveled it many times in vijay travels (shriganganagar to agra) but in now these days vijay bus travels has going it in worst condition ever. i can't imagine the bus in this condition full of local people sitting in gallery and cabin it is worst than local buses. condutor and driver allow every local passengers for the sake of money. and the booked passengers facing very difficulties.
In feedback PNR NO. doesnt take zeros. Worst app,Worst bus service. Bus was 2hours late and i have to take another bus to reach the destination.
Biggest frauds in the game. Never felt so cheated . I paid a fortune of a ticket from jalandhar to dehradun to only be dropped at some random station in roorkee in midnight . Accompanying families had a harrowing time finding means of commute along with children. Disgusted as I have never been cheated this bad. Atleast stop peddling lies if you don't enter specific bus stations. Pathetic staff , was never told about the journey details. Whole this is a SCAM
should have given 0 stars. They don't care for their customers. I got a call at the time of departure that the bus is 1.5 hrs late. I couldn't go back home rather stand n roam about the bus stand in cold. Really Disappointing.

Very poor bus service. Do not follow the timings. Very unhygienic Very crowded. In covid times not following any guidelines. Better avoid it.
Pathetic service they delay pickup time by 3-4 hrs to accommodate more passengers and change buses enroute at the middle of the night. The arrival time was delayed by around 10-12 hrs. Book at your own risk.
Cheap bus service. Very poorly maintained worst than Ordinary buses. No volvo, no mercedes. Does not follow any timing's and stopage rules. State transport buses are way more time efficient and hygienic. Night journey for female must be avoided. They overcrowd the bus with passangers. It is like local train service. Along with passanger they transport the goods as well. Non professional staff. Buses are not temperature controlled and are really very unhygienic.
Experience with this traveling agency not too good bcz when we travel any where from vijay buses .. Then on the way driver pickup many unknowns person from local station they create problems..and they occupy that place where passenger stand use that space to sit on sleeper seat ... Like i when we travel panipat to sikar then they pickup many local people from unknown places of Haryana .....
The seat of the bus is very dirty and smelling that yiu can't sit there as if somebody has puked. They gave me a blanket to cover it and i had to travel in same seat despite paying 1200 rupee for the travel. And also charging point was not working when i asked they simply said it may be faulty we cannot help. Very poor service i would give -5 if it was there. Please do not travel in this bus seriously.
refund my money asap. the bus never came to iffko chowk and was cancelled which I got to know when I got the number of driver after calling head office. the person who is sitting at iffko chowk office refused to help and told that he has no idea about the bus and told me to check at head office. the head office people said that your money will be refunded. but doesn't it is your responsibility guys to inform the passenger in advance pathetic service, pathetic people who are manging this.
Always change the bus and seat accomodation are not like that which is showing at time of booking,conductor behavior also rough.So please avoid to book ticket with Vijay Travels.
Simply do not trust this travels for your journey. I had a booking on 13-11-2020 and they shifted in 3 bus in single journey. I had paid for single sleeper couch but they shifted me in a place where they are shifting humans like luggage. Even staff of bus was too rude in behaviour and do not have the sense of talking to passenger whether it was a lady or a gentleman. Behaviour se chor aur inke staff ke bat krne ka treeka gundo wala. Totally choro ka gang hai ye.
Do not choose this travel agency for your needs. Female and children will get hassled. You'll have to get used to rough handling of passengers and luggage.
DO NOT EVER TRAVEL IN VIJAY TOURS AND TRAVELS.....They are auntibg all COVID guidelines with several passengers stacked in gallery with No mask, no social distancing, staff is rude...Bus stops and picks locL passengers every 30 to 50 KMs on long route journeys as well...its worse then local state transport Buses, Driver indulged In smoking Beedis while driving..
The bus service is not good and plss ask your staffs to behave properly. I've booked seat number 8 and the seat was occupied by some other passenger and I've asked the staff to move him from my seat.. but the behaviour from the staff was not satisfactory and he forced me to sit on some other seat. I've travelled in many buses but this is the first time that I'm experiencing this kind of an issue. I'm underrating this travel agency and plss no one book this bus.
