While the purpose of ordering medicines is met but the app itself doesn't have any "live order" facility. It's basically a chat bot being put inside an app where you chat with someone to place your order. Also if you order medicines more than a couple times in a week or so, for the same address, they deny delivering it saying "You should have ordered everything at once, we can't come again and again"🤣
