Dear Sir, Today I purchased one ebook namely "ஷேர்மார்க்கெட் A to Z". My order no. is 881137_FLP. As per your instruction I downloaded the app Vikatan EBook. Unfortunately that app is not at all opening saying the sentence as, "Unfortunately, VikatanEBook has stopped" even on trying repeatedly. I tried via Google also which says this app is compatible with my device. Can you help me at once in this regard please? Thanks in advance!
This is the worst ever I have seen google play . After download and install, purchased few books. After syncing not able to open the books. Did any one check this before pushing to market. Wasted money time and energy and worstever app experience.
App works fine and the books are opening as expected. But the brightness is too high and it hurts my eyes. Reducing the brightness of the phone doesn't reduce the brightness in the app. Can't read it at night. This needs an immediate attention.
Worst app. Bought few books. It shows in library to sync. When I try to sync, it shows the boom is aready synched. If I try open the book then, it does not open. Tired of this app. Try to test the app throughly before implementing. Poor job.
There's no way to read the bought books; highly user unfriendly; Just they're are so many apps without any useful sync, not typical of the Vikatan image
1 star itself too much. I bought three books. Could not readn even one book. Lot of bugs.

Whenever I tried reading any book, my display changes to full brightness mode. And I can't even able to adjust it. Please fix this issue.
Very worst support from Vikatan for this app. App doesn't open in Android. App is not updated for ios 11. I bought ebook for 2000 rupees and can't read them. Sent mail to vikatan support and no proper response for last one month

Dear sir, I am using android 2.6 mobile My eBook app is work normally. I purchased some books I downloaded in my library and also I read it. But few days ago I purchased more books, and I downloaded, its show in my library. I try to open.... The app says .."Error occurred during reading '/mnt /sdcard/download/.assets /1969.eput /" What is the problem? I really sad.because, I con't read my books. Please fix my issue. I want to read my books immediately.
This application is not adhering to the system brightness setting. It shows too much brightness that hurts eyes. It happens on both Android and iPad versions. Page slider is not working in Android version.
I get the reading error when opening purchased eBook with this app. I am really disappointed!!!
Bought few books but unable to get them to the app.. Should be more informative and user friendly.I have to find a way to get the books to my mobile.
Whenever I open an ebook the screen goes to full brightness. This is really uncomfortable to read.
Remove auto brightness. Give user control. Unable to read with the default brightness of the app.

I love it
Bought a book on my nexus5 and downloaded it. Could not see the front cover but only the 1st or 2nd page. Installed the app on my nexus 10 but could not download the book. The app doesn't behave consistently and it is really frustrating. Hope Vikatan properly test the app before putting it on play store. Now I need solution to my problem or money back.
Is there a way to give -ve stars? I sent mails, the issue is not resolved yet. I really don't know why I should use different app for ebooks. I am continuously facing issue while opening the purchased books. No reply from the development team after reporting the issue. Logically I should be allowed to read my ebooks in my laptop / desktop etc. Even after a month from my purchase I am yet to read my book. Feeling disappointed with vikatan.
