Every time I try to use the app I get the message that there are server issues. I logged out but then can't log in anymore. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. Also, vikingpoints are sometimes not awarded. Even if you claim them with proof attached, they are not a usable. I have 'claimed points' from 3 years ago.
Can't login, I can on a desktop but not in the app.
The widget is now resizable, which is nice, but most of the time it's an empty box saying "Try again"... It would be more useful to indicate the last refresh it was able to make until it can pull new data. My 4g is on all the time btw.
Widget can be made into a 1x1 again, great! Would be nice to be able to change subscription options directly from the app, instead of having to go through the website (either it's not there in the app, or I can't find it).
No longer able to use the app. It crashes on launch (android 7.1.1). Worked perfectly fine before update. Edit: reinstalling did the trick. Thanks for the help!
142MB, smartwatch functionality removed, Unable to indicate amount of used data instead of what is left (infinite data in my case).... All this bloat is good for one thing, Slowing down a perfectly good phone I can use the website instead
Works well for managing pre-paid SIMs, but misses a few things for Contract SIMs. For example, on the website, you can renew your contract early to reset your allowances - this isn't possible on the app.
It's a good app, but I have this stupid problem where the app keeps opening itself regardless of a cache clear or force stop. The app, if left open, constantly forces its self as the app I'm looking at, regardless of what I'm doing. Very buggy!
Overall the app is improved, but the new widget is a complete waste of space! Taking 4x2 screen tiles for information that fits a 1x1 tile is too much, please make the widget scalable!
Widget is extremely big and not user-friendly in new version. Doesn't even open the app when you click on it. Very bad 'improvements'.
The smallest widget (1x1) was perfect and all that was needed. I don't need to see my name on every widget I put on my homescreen (I know it already), I don't need a fancy background or my balance in big bold numbers. What I would need and is not there anymore is the app opening when I click the widget.
Its really annoying to use this app. I tried to open and purchase, in a second I got in, the simcard conection come and disapear non stop. I need to re install my phone three times because of it.
The widget was very bad at first, but now it works again and you can finally make it smaller. 4 stars,.. Give us a transparent option for the widget and it will be 5 stars.
Takes minutes to show any information. OnePlus 7T, Android 10, Oxygen OS. Update: looks better now; not reinstalled, no cache cleaning, no data cleanup.
Forgive me for asking this, but it really would be nice if somehow you could use the app even when you ran out of Internet. I understand this might be difficult to implement, but I've had this issue several times. Apart from a few bugs here and there it's a great app, though.
The app would not allow me to top-up (I cannot click on different options in the top-up screen). On Samsung S10+ with Android 9.
I was able to select a SIM card to manage before but not any more which makes this app redundant for me. Why was the option to switch to another SIM card removed? Update: It was working when I checked to days ago.
Looks great, but so far I can't get the widget to load, keeps saying 'problem loading widget'.... update* after reinstalling app, the widget works fine.
I really like the renewed app. It's improved A LOT! Pure eye candy. It's fresh and a lot easier to use. The new Viking Deals section is neat, 5 stars!
Widget is way too big and doesn't open the app. Easy payment also seems to be vanished from the app.
I want to know how much data am using not just receiving a random payment invitation. you feel cheated although u probably haven't. am very close to stopping the service.
New install doesn't even work anymore on same phone. Opens but after the Viking logo appears, shuts down again.
The widget shows the wrong information and I have negative viking points? Worked fine till last month with the new updates. Works again

Keeps crashing when i want to topup. UI is a bit messy too
widget doesn't work anymore, it always shows "infinite" or "0".
Does the job, not sure why it weighs 101mb though. I've seen games with hd textures weigh half that...
(updated text) So the resizable widget is back, but the smallest version doesn't show the validity of the bundle, which is one of the most important information. Probably more than amount of Viking Points. Instead half of the space is wasted by the refresh button and... the hour of last update. And why so many updates of the app? Is it really so bug-ridden?
