Great app. Works quickly and efficiently. I like the quick access. Bank is one of the best, also.
It keeps saying my version needs to update but when I try it says its already updated and still won't let me log in. This isn't the first time either. Worst banking app I've ever dealt with
On hold forever. The people keep hanging up onme. I have a di$pute against a hotel and i get a form letter...There r no phone numbers to call, you can not see ŷour balance...what's with that??? 🦋
The app keeps closing. I updated my note 8 and it's not working.
Hard to use, logs out randomly, makes me imput already saved info each time.

Hard to usd
Worked fine until recently. Now keeps needing reauthorization so fingerprint login is useless. Regardless, the app has needed a full overhaul update for a long time. Gets the job done, but hard to recommend when uninstall/reinstall is the normal way to get the job done.
Decent app. I'm able to deposit checks and check balances. Mostly what I use it for. Other features? Seem clunky but OK.
Unusably bad, can't even submit a check deposit without the app crashing in the process.
Most horrible. Have never had a time when this app has worked properly over years of of use.
This app repeatedly fails to load. Customer support appears stumped and suggests things like uninstalling and re installing. Dropped the rating further because there is no concern to address chronic problems with this app.
Works okay to deposit checks and such at home, does have some issues with freezing or quitting spontaneously.
Banking with them is not easy, when this app allows an option for business sign in, I'll rate this app better. So far, the star rating is a reflection of the whole of my experience with this bank.
App keeps telling me invalid user credentials but then I can log in to the website just fine. Terrible app. Why bother downloading when I have to end up using the browser anyways? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

#1 Bank. I can use any ATM anywhere in this country and this bank covers all fees for me 100% unlimited and th3 account is fee free. A true community bank with excellent up to date technology like this application or online banking. I love this bank and I recommande it to everyone. Great customer service, 5★ :-)
Comparing to other Banks apps that I use (Chase and Capital One) this app is horrible. It is always crashing and there is no fingerprint login. You have to enter your password each time. Seems very dated when compared to the other banks.
