VIN Scanner

this app didn't do what I wanted it to do.. had a hard time scanning etc. called in March to cancel. told me already charged but would be cancelled for April. My fault I missed the April charge on my card.. BUT They didn't cancel it. called today because another charge hit my account... they told me I never called and they wouldn't credit my account as vendors had already been paid... ok I then asked for an email showing cancellation, I was told no they couldn't do that. spoke to a supervisor and she assured me they would not send a cancellation email...that I had to go to the website and I could see that it would cancel in freaking June.... Would not recommend.

The original version worked great. I hate the new version. Harder to navigate when in the auction setting. Also more steps to input data such as miles, options. It worked better when it was simpler. Actually considering to converting to laser appraiser.

The old version was fantastic, this new version is the worse. Too slow and you have to long in everytime you open the app. I am looking for a new app because this doesn't work for me anymore. I use to praise Autoniq for the simplicity and quickness.

The new version is terrible. You are going to lose a lot of your dealers. We would be better off going old school and using the printed books. Went from a simple and efficient app to the worst one on the market overnight.

The new version is honestly awfulllll will be canceling my subscription ASAP don't know why they would even change the old version to this POS version awful got to click update on car options can't go back into the lane to switch cars slow laggy awfullllllll . Update still awful app can't believe that messed this app up so much

We miss the old Autoniq. The update is not liked by anyone at my dealership. My coworker still can't get his to load and work. Please bring back the old version that didn't need anything changed. When printing, it takes multiple times to print and uses 3 pages vs 1.

Subscriber since inception. New update is worse than terrible. I've deleted my payment info, so if the app isn't restored back to it's former functionality before next renewal, I'll be done. Cant get anyone on the phone either.

Loved this app right until this newest update. Who updates an app that makes you do twice as many clicks for this same information? These apps are supposed to be designed for the quickest and easiest evaluations possible. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO THE PREVIOUS SETUP!

Not working at all with new update. Logs out after every scan. Customer support just says to uninstall and reinstall. Reset phone etc. Worked flawless before for years.

Kicks to login screen when scanning vins or barcodes. Manually input vins and will kick you out of the program. You have to completely close and go into again to make it work.

Works great until the auction starts. Freezes and won't load when it's actually needed. Just use NADA and skip the middle man.

New update is atrocious. More steps to get the same results, its needlessly more complicated. Randomly logs out after vin scanner

Horrible. A programming wet dream. It won't even install correctly. Just looping. Total garbage. After five years of using, I'm unsubscribing now.

New version stinks, I have to continuously log in add miles etc worked better before upgrade. Worst part is paying for the service that is not good and hindering My effeciency

This app was good till they updated it. Now it does not open for me and the few times it does it's slow.

Great app. They are now uploading pictures from the auctions. Great tool

I paid higher on vehicles. It didn't work and couldn't pull the #'s off, screen was blank

I am continually having to uninstall and re-install the app to get it to open. If not, I just get a green screen

I have used this app for 7 years it was great, until 5 days ago, now the app won't open at all. Very disappointed

worst programers, everytime they update they mess up something and takes weeks to correct back. considering changing to another company.

New update scanner DOES NOT WORK. App crashes as soon as it opens.

Can you please add VIN Scan on Letters of the VIN so when there is hard to scan the VIN code I want to scan VIN letter combination with numbers to scan is that possible for you guys to do that ?

This update is horrible, please return the app to way it was. Not broke don't fix it. 👍

I can't even know if this app is what I need. I need to pay first :\ At least give a free trial to see if we found what we need.
