This app constantly get in the way of completing a deal on time. It crashes on the lot when putting a new customer in the system and it is horrible if you want to reply to a leads email as it will not let you open the customers response on your phone you can only do that at a desktop
don't much care for the layout. difficult to navigate. not enough options to chose from in terms of specific details on a button to select from. i actually thought it was outdated and checked for an update...nope. 🙄 disappointed.
Constantly crashes.. no modern version/update for my device. Too limited on available functions or features compared to desktop. Inability to log out forces me to delete and redownload app so it's not using data or battery.
This ap works ok. It has been replaced by a newer app that doesn't work any better. Bad functionality. Doesn't let you look at tomorrows activity, doesn't show text in dashboard.
Could use some updating as we cant respond to emails through it. If you text a customer through the app, it wont show the conversation on the desktop version all the time.
Overall I like it. However, can't text customer from app, have to run for a computer. "Would be a whole lot cooler if you did!"
I have not been able to log on to this app from my Samsung Note 8 in over a year, called customer service several times and they say the same thing every time, they can't help me because of the manager proxy, and my Managers dont have a clue what to do.
Legit five star app and Great app - up until your most recent update on 6/29/19 ... my settings for notifications default to nothing every time the app is closed. No notifications means I'm not being notified if I'm not sitting at my desk staring at it. Please fix and update ASAP!
Great app, no complaints. just think people are too picky. Ive been using for over 2 years hardly any problems
the app is fantastic the only reason I will give it 4 stars instead of 5 is I can save any of the settings so I can't get alerts to my phone.

awful app, hard to navigate; and every time I set the notifications the reset so the perk of being alerted to new web leads or email responses doesn't work. it hasn't ever worked right on any of the Android devices ive used and only the iphone users can get the DL scanner to work... this is a joke just use desktop version in a chrome browser because despite the huge inconvenience it will actually work.
