I'm rating this at the moment 1 STAR, due to the fact that I CANNOT LOAD THE APP! I've tried multiple times, without success. 1 1/2 yrs ago, when I started using it, and did for several months thereafter, I would have rated it 4 STARS. It was easy to navigate, was helpful in the fact it made me feel safer, knew where and when my attacker was released, and you could actually use it!! NOTE TO THE DEVELOPERS, figure out what's going on, and fix please. A VICTIM'S SAFETY IS NO JOKE.

you can't get past the opening page. It asks you to choose the state when you do you move to the second page and then it force closes down. Once you reopen the app you start all over again and the same thing continually happens over and over this app is garbage

Doesn't even work. Just gives me a blank purple screen with zero options or writing whatsoever. Considering what this app is for you would think the developer would be on top of this kind of thing but I can see they havent released an update in 9 months. Website is currently unable to use as well so over all, the entire agency is 1 star, not just the app.

please fix this long time issue. app crashes after i choose my state (texas) then it makes me pick a 2nd option (statewide) which is where app completely crashes. app not usable for long time now. i have uninstalled and reinstalled on multiple devices with same results.

I'm not sure what problems people are having but it does exactly what the website does. Maybe people aren't aware of what you normally get for info. As long as you have first and last name or their swis ID number and the correct state you should be able to find your target. Worked fine for me. No passwords needed.

This app has changed and not for the best .. I have never had so many problems trying to just add "notify me..." .. this is so frustrating I'd rather just uninstall this app and see my family/friend once they get out!! The frustration is not worth it!!

Shouldn't have to choose which state each time its opened and then have to sign in each time. I have registered my phone number and email but each time, shows no registrations. If i an fortunate enough to get past the code verification screen, i put number in and get the already signed up for notifications? Am I or not? Will try to log in to desktop version after reading other reviews. I think this is an excellent service and idea but if the app is not working then its not very useful

as long as you are okay with getting these notifications for all eternity go ahead and download it right now this app is dominating my phone I cannot turn off notifications it works and gives you notifications as to any change but it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to TURN NOTIFICATIONS OFF. I have followed all Vine instructions to the letter repeatedly nothing works getting hundreds of notifications it's a night mare

I dont remember this app being such a pain to navigate. To search my registrations i need a verification code sent to email or phone. Well guess what when you have to back out of the app to get the code and go back to put it in it starts all over and even though the code us valid for 30 minutes it says invalid code.

I downloaded the app to find an offender custody status. Tried three times and three times the app stopped working and had to be restarted. I rated it one star only because I couldn't rate it less. For me the app is less than worthless and has been uninstalled.

I downloaded the app because the website wouldn't load and the app doesn't even work. It opens a purple page and there is a place where you should be able to choose a state but the draw down menu won't even open. Useless. Please fix.

I was assaulted last year Feb 9th by this animal and he's doing jail time now and I personally use this app!! THIS IS A GREAT APP that let's you know that there still incarcerated and if you sign up for alerts it will tell you when they're getting out or if they're being moved to another facility.. It's a wonderful app that helps you stay safe and keeps you informed..I highly recommend!!

My experience using vinelink has been accurate and current. This is a excellent tool for many reasons, but mostly it allows me safety in knowing where offenders are located.

Downloaded it today and when the second screen comes up asking for the county it closes. I opened it a Cpl more times and it closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled it with same results.

Nothing short of perfect in my opinion. it takes alot of the stress out me when i know that my significant other is still free since im sure vine link will let me know asap if the worst happens. its my new must have app and my life is so much easier now that its free. you guys do amazing work and help alot of people. praise from me and mines

I normally love this app. but now after the last update it does not want to load and its very frustrating. Please fix whatever may br wrong with this or I may br subject to uninstall although i would much rather not. Thank You and have a great day.

Ok I click on inmate charges and a box pops up that's halfway showing apparently wanting me to click something but since I can only see half of of it I can't click anything and if I hit back button it makes me put all information in again for the same results I don't understand how you pay someone to develop a app that won't work you need to get your money back

The app is trash! I can't even open it! When I attempt to do so, I get a white page on 2 phones. Uninstalled!

I've never once been able to find an inmate through vinelink. Via the app or the website. With inmate ID #s, or all personal information.

This is the best app for keeping updated on certain people and cases. Life saving information quick and easy. Best part no adds piping up or junk email.

I am having the same issue as everyone else it seems. the app crashes after selecting the state I want. never get amy further than that.

I love it. Stay up to date on the one u lookup..Its not one of those apps thats says u will get a notification or alert on changes on the person u search for it actually does! So far the best app ive used

Such a bummer. This app/website was great for so many years. Now it's complete garbage. Every time I search for someone it says no results found. I know the people I'm looking for are in this system because I've looked them up on here before.
