App keeps crashing upon opening or randomly
Bad user experience. I visit the supermarket once a week and everytime I have to sign in again using OTP. Can you imagine trying to sign in at checkout and waiting for OTP when there is a line of people waiting behind you? I waited for a month but nothing's been fixed, so I have to rate. Please dogfood your product properly!
Absolute rubbish. They make it laughably inaccessible. I was trying to buy some shopping for a friend and it won't even let you add a foreign card, this thing is idiotic.
It makes supermarket shopping so much quicker and easier. I love it! Beware they do sometimes let people go through who havnt scanned so complain and push in front and bring your own bag so you dont have to watch security take ages to pack. As for using the app for bill payments - that is not possible because of govt banking laws regarding connecting your bank account (foreigners only) to vin wallet. I would be extremely happy if it was possible to pay my monthly bill that way
Very few products available on app. And even the ones shown in the app is not available at the store. Then, your money will one be returned as a form of some vouchers which sometimes you can't use because of errors. Oh, Good luck trying the customer service line 'cause all they've ever said is "Sorry".
Not enough English translation. You provide the option to select the language, yet less than 20% of the content is available in English. This could be a great app if you sort out the translation, especially for the online shopping and promotions.
cannot use discount code, using the e wallet already. what a scam
I do not know why you roll out new features when they are still not working. Scan & go does not work at all, I can't scan QR or even manually add products into my shopping cart, NOTHING IS WORKING AND THIS MAKE ME FURIOUS. CHECK YOUR APP CAREFULLY BEFORE RELEASE !!!
This app is so bad like the management of Vinhomes in last 2 year, infact Noone reply to your email, request, complain also if they charge an expensive bill more than than the original. The funny thing is here the management is invisible, the reception reply without any knowledge. Just you can see many clowns that, unluckily, don't make you smile too. More funny the reception and the app give you a free phone number to phone call but meantime you are talking they will cut the call. Several time
Terrible service. They canceled the orders without any reason. They returned money by points but it was rounded less than the real paid amount. Twice cost twice. Call Contact center and asked me call the Vin shop. Is that my RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK?? Your app, your store but you know nothing. Give back my money of ordering and call charge!!
I tried to type my full name many many times, but it did not allow me to access next step, and it did not let me know if there was any thing wrong of those info that I typed. So frustrated!!!
Finger print log in doesn't work. I already active biometric authentication in settings. But when I log out. The app asking for phone number again. And the settings is reset to disabled
Could not open the app. Just stuck at intro screen forever. Retry to exit and open it again for many times but hopeless. Can not pay by my ewallet when I checkout at payment counter....
This app has never shown me the right score of my wallet. I always have to search the trade history to calculate it myself. Hope that you'll fix it soon
My bill didn't paid but they still charged my wallet. I had to pay again to call service center, but they didn't help. Where was my money goes? Really disappointed!!!!!!
Many features are not updated specialist shopping feature. The application isn't as advertising, it has many error.
Vimmart is not sincere with customer. They offered 200k discount for first bill with 300k value. But it is not a discount, but 4 vouchers of 50k, which come 3 days afterward, and must be used on 4 separate bills of 300k each. It's a trap to customer. Please learn the way of doing promotion by Now, Grab, Zalopay...
Can't sign in with anything except my phone number, which I don't use anymore. So uncomfortable! Can't use the app on the phone at the moment, lost a member card... Visiting Big C and Coop mart instead of Vinmart etc.
After Android update, the app jumps back and forth, not stable. I can't even re-install the app from appstore
Terribly buggy with each update, log user out everytime it updates. The newest version always return the "Connection error. Please try again later" and would not let me log back in.
Terrible experience, 3 time used scan and go, 3 time have to cancel or not get full items. With canceled invoice, I just get back the voucher that valid in 15 days. Very bad app.

Cannot use without update to the latest version, and guess what, you don't have time for it sometimes.
App setup is only available in Vietnamese. Without an English language option, it's useless for everyone else. That includes users like me who live in Vinhomes communities where this app would be very useful.
English Version not supported all features in the App. How can I understand Banner content or Promotional Programme? I think you need to translate all content in-app to English, please. Thanks.

Got notification that voucher rereived but check My Voucher n App still showing nothing. It takes customer waiting so long but still not able to use the voucher. Poor services.
Absolutely bad experience. Winmart online is not working. I want some meat and all the time the app said "temporary out of stock" then I have to go to shop and observe that all products I need are available. Try to contact with customer service, they are gentle but cannot help any thing. Nothing is improved for long long time. At last, online shopping is still not working then I give up and use this app only to get Vpoint at shop.
