Vintage 8mm Video - VHS (Lite)

Though this app is okay, it had some glitches that paused the camera from working from time to time. I had to exit and start again using the video. I wish I could have turned the flicker off, its speed between intervals kind of made me dizzy. I also wish I could have uploaded a video to filter on the app. There's potential, but as is very glitchy.

So far so good. I was looking for camera apps and found this one. its really cool with multiple looks to choose from from different decades. i gor some great christmas footage with it! The free version only has 15 seconds record time for videos, but i wouldn't call that a con. thanks for the quality product!

This is the best 8mm camera out there but there's just one thing missing for me. A yellow color in the manual. So I suggest a yellow shade in the manual rather than green. Also, one problem is that everytime I zoom in or zoom out, the camera preview just freezes, but overall, it's the best.

Not for editing existing photos. Just a filter on live camera. Filters don't look that appealing either. Overall was not what I was looking for. I was hoping for an alternative app to RNI Films. Doesn't spam you with ads.

Excellent visuals but I paid for premium expecting to have no ads. Also, several of my photos and videos won't post to my phone's gallery. I have to send them to Instagram in order to save them.

Basically quality of old memories feeling is perfect! But the Apps very unstable and always "Unfortunately Stop". Hey Developer, can you fix it? Basically i really like the quality of old video, but this app very unstable. Can you fix it?

Really liking this app for its video feature! Easy to use and videos turn out like old 8mm film. I don't like the name stamp when you take pictures though. Curious if purchasing the app removes the name stamp. But great for video!

Not what I was looking for. Messed with it for a few mins, looked over the settings. Very basic and poor. Also I disagree with forcing users to rate apps. It doesn't improve apps, it just makes people hate it more. It makes it even worse when. You forces users to rate 5 stars to remove water mark. That just gives incentive to give false 5 star ratings on a poor app. It just makes it completely dishonest. You get one star.

This is a cool app! It really is a vintage camera and it doesn't have a ton of annoying ads. Worth it if you're looking for a vintage/old aesthetic for photos!

Doesn't access the photo gallery, although has access to it. Either there's something wrong with the UI and there's no active button to actually open the gallery, or I couldn't find it (which again is a UX problem).

I love it it's great...only if we were allowed to create a video a bit longer. I would get the unlimited time pass, but I can't just yet so I have to wait until I can. Anyway, I'd still totally use it since it's a great app!

So far, it seems very cool, and will be useful to me in my vintage projects. i love the fact that you have the option of style by decade, from 1930-1970, but what happened to 1940??? That is a decade I recreate often. I suppose the 1930 will just have to be close enough.

Pretty good for the most part, except it's kind of annoying that you can't record more than 25 seconds. Oh also, just a suggestion not a complaint, but it'd be cool if it made that audio sound vintage as well.

I really really like this app! I did not think it was going to turn out so neat and fun, i upgraded 2 premium right away, but even with the free version it's still pretty awesome if you don't want to have to pay anything. either way, can't go wrong.

Great concept. But then you have million other apps with filters for videos. Does not record more than 15 seconds. Maybe it does that in pro version. Avoidable.

I paid for an app that pops an add up at every opportunity. The "super 8" look that it promises is below par, it's no more than a grain filter and does not simulate super 8 film at all

good app, does what it says however it is limmited to 15 seconds of video, though i diddnt have the watermark others were mentioning, so if you want to make short clips that look legit vintage this app is fine, also i appreciate the lake of intrusive permissions. tldr works as advertised but limmited to short clips 4/5

hey not complaining but I bought premium version through the app for $1.99 but it didnt upgrade me to the pro version can this be fixed? I had thr pro version on my other phone and loved it but the email I used to purchase it got deleted! If this can be fixed I will re-rate and give 5 stars.

There were glitches. Also with the non premium version, I was not able to save videos to my camera roll or save it to my drive or anything like that. Cool app tho.

It has good vintage effects/filters but the screen keeps freezing as soon as i hit record... i tried re installing it but the issue still remains there.

Used to work so effectively, but now it just crashes constantly. Time to either repair this app or put it out to pasture and wait for the next super 8/16mm one to come along.

the app has potential, can took great vintage photos as well as videos too however it always crashes whenever i pan it quickly to another direction and sometimes even just clicking the record button too :'(

The app crashes each time i try to take a video. photo function is fine, but i downloaded this for the video capabilities.

Great app, but wont let me upgrade to remove ads. When i click upgrade a window option pops up, but none of the links work to let me buy the upgrades

I availed the pro version and it was good. But the problem is you need to add more some video frame design. So it would be better. 😘

Doesn't record properly. Only record a few seconds of footage and the crops super far in. Lots of issues. Unresponsive design

Didnt work properly. Tried filming but it just put a 15 second filter over a photo instead of film. Some didnt work at all.
