Vinted - Sell Buy Swap Fashion

I've used the app since I was in the 6th grade! It's come very far over the years, but there's one feature that would greatly improve my shopping experience. Personally, I would like to be able to sort through my favorited items the same way that I can while searching for them. I don't always have the budget to buy expensive items, and sometimes I realize I need a new skirt, blouse, or pair of pants. It'd be helpful to have an option to sort my favorited items instead of only "most recent" first

I really enjoy this app! Easy to navigate and easy to list items. I would definitely like to see more options in terms of package sizes for sellers. Small packages are 0.5 oz or less and the next size up is 2 lb or less! A huge jump in size AND price, which I feel lowers the chances of a sale for buyers on low price and lightweight items. Also sellers should be able to select more than 2 colors featured on any given garment.

The buyers and sellers are great, the app support isn't. The first day I signed up, they took $75 from my card and it's been almost 2 months now and it's still not refunded. Also, the app itself crashes CONSTANTLY. It's crazy difficult to use because it crashes after about 10 seconds of use. I only still have the app because I am waiting on them to refund my money. Overall I love this app. But I think one thing that needs to be different is the heart/favorite button. When browsing whenever I try to hit the heart button because it's so small it always ends up taking me to the page of the clothing when I don't want it to do that. Another thing that is really annoying is that in the feed it is constantly just showing a bunch of items you've already hearted instead of new items you haven't seen yet. And lastly the feed doesn't change often.

great customer service bc of fast reply time. I made my first sale within a few weeks. BUT, I don't like having to buy exposure/ bumps for more views, but it is a free app. They advertise $5 credit if you get a friend to create an account and that friend must also list 3 or more items immediately for you to receive said credit, but then the credit can ONLY be used on a sale of $15 plus shipping and you cannot combine credits and also they expire in a month. This is misleading and bad business.

really ticked. been using this app for five years without problems. i added a bunch of new stuff the other day. suddenly last night, after an automatic update .. it refuses to open now. i get a message saying the server is down and to check back in five minutes. i keep receiving emails saying ladies are sending me messages and i can't open the app to respond or take care of anything. this needs to get fixed!!!! i leave town for work next week and will have to be able to set it to vacation mode.

The app itself is fine but the customer service issues and constant glitches leave a lot to be desired. Literally can't access the money I have made (it has been down for about a week at this point), sign in (says I need SMS verification and then never sends it), and have tried to get in contact with support to no avail. This has rendered the app basically unusable. Update: I have now been waiting over a month to hear back from support. Unacceptable

I've been using vinted for a few weeks now, and as a experienced seller I think the apps pretty good. Not as many buyers as other sites, but prices are cheaper and the fees aren't outrageous. My only complaints are recently when I try to upload pictures to make a listing it constantly tries loading and never actually loads. It just freezes the screen up. Which is frustrating having to go back and retype all the description muliple times bc it won't load properly.

I've used this as a seller and a customer for about 6 years. The only issues I have ever had were with other users NOT VINTED ITSELF just want to clarify to be as kind as you would like to receive and you will have a great experience everytime on this app! Plus you can see who is worthy of buying from by the seller ratings. It's easy to ship if you have a printer or use office depot to print the label definitely recommend to anyone who has a closet full of goodies to share also!!!

It's an ok app. For me personally, the biggest cons are: (1) my items keep getting deleted (marked as duplicate) even though they are different colors and/or sizes. It is time consuming to list each item, only to have your items deleted. (2) it would be nice if you were able to crop/edit your pics. I have to edit each pic in my photo gallery before I post. The other 2 apps I use, I can post my pics and then edit as I'm listing, much easier. I have navigated away from this app.

This app is rather simple to navigate. I take pictures using the app before each listing, right from my phone. I have used the 'help' icon quite a bit as I am new to his platform. Everything you need to know is right there. Plus, Vinted does not take a fee from your sales, nor do they limit the dollar amount for which you sell items.

I LOVE this app! I have bought several things and they all arrived to me perfectly as described and pictured, sometimes early, and always on time! I buy from this app and also Poshmark, but I honestly prefer Vinted. Vinted has cheaper shipping, depending on the size of your order. Vinted also makes it safer to place an offer on an item, because it does not make you pay immediately afterwords. The bundles you can make are my favorite feature on the app, sometimes you can get up to 50% off!

I've always been able to find exactly what I'm looking for from someone else's closet. Just terminology as many of these items are brand new, with or without tags, or gently used, but definitely well worth the look. Pricing, the great people you meet here, shipping, and then right to your door. You're also able to negotiate which is always such a great option because we all love a bargain and that's just what you'll find on Vinted!!! Love it!!!

Vinted is great. I sell and buy from it. App on selling is real easy. Most of the options will prefill. So listing is super fast. Communication with buyers is great. The app even tells you when the last the buyer was logged on. Buying is also great. You can see sellers reviews & asks questions. You are not held to one shipping price. Smaller items can be shipped on first class. Which is great if you just want to buy a shirt and not pay 8 dollars for shipping!

Why are their Spanish Lexus ads playing in the background when I'm searching with no way to close them except to close the ENTIRE app? There's no video just a voice ad in the background. It plays even when I have silent on my phone with media turned off!!!!! I have no permissions allowed, no personalized ads. What is going on????? Update...this ad is playing every 1 to 2 minutes for the full 30 seconds with no way to make it stop.

Super fun and very easy! The people are actually a little bit more friendly than other applications I have come into contact with, they do not take High fees from you and you can keep all of your money when selling! The only charge is when you are checking out items to purchase, a few dollars in tax. It is much more inexpensive, there's lots to choose from and it's altogether a great experience!

I used to like the app but if you cancel an order you then you get 1 star ratings for canceling. Yet the "seller" that still has their stuff up but apparently deletes the app and hasn't been on in 2 years isn't at all at fault for not shipping or responding. It's also annoying that YOU are the one charged when the seller messes up. You're forced to pay the buyer protection then forced to lose the money when you're sent the wrong products. Why can't the seller pay since they are the one at fault?

I do love this app because the prices are amazing and shipping cost is reasonable. I've been using vinted for a while now. Why I'm giving it 3 stars is because while the money owed is pulled from my account right away, it takes up to 2-3 weeks to refund my money if the seller cancels or just doesn't send my items. Also sellers on there that have been inactive for 3 years. Why is their account still there. I bought from one and it took a month and a half for a refund.

Love it.. especially the shipping! WAY cheaper than poshmark and for sellers you're able to adjust shipping based on weight of item vs. how poshmark does it of 7$ flat fee for up to 50 lbs? I think? Only thing I didn't like was all the ads. And that you can't really make an offer ... Or it's difficult to anyways.. other than that it's a great app! Thanks!

I have not been able to login since the mandatory switch to the new email link login system instead of password, it's been months, doesn't matter the browser or using the app it doesn't work. Support has been zero help and just gives me the basic "try a different browser or phone" response's. This login method should of been optional as it clearly doesn't work or just give us 2 factor authentication through text code like everyone else if you wanted to be more secure.

Love it, hate it. There should be separate inboxes. One for purchases and one for sales. It all gers cluttered so quickly and its ridiculous. Separate inboxes would help a ton as most sellers are also buyers. Please fix this. People are loosing sales because of the confusion. And automatic delete of completed transactions after x amount of days would be a great addition as well.

Solid secondhand shopping app. The shipping prices can be a little high, but search and filter functionality make up for it imo. I'd love if they added tall size filters in addition to the petite size filters, and it'd be cool if favorites could be categorized, but overall, it does the job :)

I am a heavy user of the app and appreciate the idea of the service it provides. My biggest complaint is that customer service has never been helpful to me and if you run into shipping out other issues it's difficult to find a way to get the help you need. You pay a buyer protection fee with each purchase but I have yet to figure out what that charge covers. It would be nice to have a customer service help center in the app where you can easily submit requests for help.

ive had excellent experiences with this app. i have had other experiences that i will describe as dissapointing...at best. so dissapointing that, i will exsaust all other possibilities before trying it again. these are statements about the sellers. the app works fine although it does charge a small fee based on amount of purchase. also some of the seller-decided postage amounts are obvious price gouging.

This is 100% my favorite consignment app! The selling fee is fair and the messaging feature allows for effective communication when processing orders. Also, I like how the shipping price is based on each item's weight, so I am not paying an outrageous amount in shipping when I purchase a small item. Download this app and start selling now!
