It has been downloaded ,but does not come up. It worked great ,then all of a sudden it no longer works. My computer program works fine.

Icon not coming up in icon menu. No way of uninstalling software. No way to open software. Going into authorizations has all kinds of authorizations for changing my software in my device. Not happy!

Mobile version of the app is a joke. Desktop version is not much better. Mobile app won't even open now and keeps crashing. Have to force stop.
