VIP - KARMA Light

I've updated my rating! This app has gotten so much better for Android. Many of the requests I previously made were made a reality. That's huge. I would say that it would gain another star if the Account screen, where Tasks, Reports, Contacts, and Details are, would connect the Address to Maps directly. The phone number copies into my dial screen perfectly but the Address doesn't do anything when I press it. It should copy it over into Maps when pressed so you can navigate immediately.

App is horrible. Will load for 10 mins then crashes. It goes through complete days where it will not load.

Not bad. Needs more. Especially the map feature the iOS version has. I go to several different accounts daily and the map feature is absolutely crucial. Please add this and I will give 5 stars! Update 8/6/19: Several times over the last week my reports will not submit. There have also been many hours where I am able to access my accounts altogether because "internet is not connected" even though I have Wi-Fi or full network connection. Please work on these bugs.

Edit: 12/4/19... still 2 stars, bc even though now I can see reports, the last update took away the ability to edit the contact!!!! When it works, it's ok. I haven't been able to open a report for 3 days and it's incredibly frustrating! I can't effectively do my job without this, yet they wont bring the updated Karma app to Android. I think if I have to get a second phone for work, I may send the monthly bill to VIP for reimbursement.

It's a great tool to submit notes and placements and to keep track of sales as well, but this version is very basic. Not able to pull recap reports straight from your phone. Need an iPhone to get the best Karma version.

For the light version it works pretty well since the update. But I had a lot of issues early on with this app. Our company is thinking of ditching Karma all together if they don't get the full version on Android.

Same issue as everyone here. App fails to open after a while and has to be deleted and reinstalled. Even that has stopped working. Still not working after update.

Garbage... after entering credentials it goes into an endless loop of trying to load. Was a nice app on IOS, but apparently developers do not care about Android devices.

Limited functionality especially vs Apple

I want to give this app a higher rating, cause when it is working it is awesome! It is just not very reliable, I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time, and this is not working now.

Constant bugs, have to reinstall regularly. It would be nice if this app for Android got more priority from VIP as not nearly everyone in the beverage industry has an iphone.

The app freezes when time stamping a location... screen goes gray and no touch response in app the only option is to close the app..... nothing saves from before

I downloaded the app but just get a failer dialog message. Everyone that has this on an iPhone likes it but can't load anything on an Android phone.

App is very slow gets stuck doesn't show all info as on iOS, Android shows 70%.

Full version for Android please, 46% of mobile users in the world are android owners. Time to give us the full app.

The new version won't download on my Android. Its just been loading for hours on end since this morning.

I use it to keep up with draft lines that I have cleaned. APP WILL NOT OPEN. VERY FRUSTRATING

Trying to make notes but says I need a full license to do so. Yet we have it for work.

Does not work after recent update. Endlessly loops trying to log in.

idig reports don't load anymore. it's pretty much worthless now.
