So trying to register my car on your online portal but it just flat out doesnt work. For the make and color options there is nothing to choose from. It seems like there is supposed to be a drop down menu but theres nothing in it. I tried this in multiple browsers with no luck. How can I get registered? It seem like for the app to work I need to do this on the web first. If you can help that would be great
I thought app was ok until I saw its IOS counterpart shows you how many cars are in queu ahead of mine. The android version doesn't do it. Why?
I am no longer able to send messages from the app to valet. The option is no longer there. This really needs to be fixed.

A prior review reported a registration glitch in 2018, still not fixed three years later. User interface is stupidly counterintuitive; took a dozen tries before it worked. A perfect example of how not to write software and how not to provide customer service.
