Don't ever buy this service it is miss leading service, no refund policy. Earlier commitment was made to improve as per feedback but it is not being done. They will send you the profile which are already visited by you. You don't need this service if you have premium membership. You could just set the search criteria and search for matching profile. 35k was wasted on this VIP membership. I would recommend don't ever buy it. It is trap.
DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE. You'll be better off finding the right matches & sending invites on your own. I can't believe how they're running this. The consultant does not put any effort into finding a match as per your requirement. What an easy job, just pick 3 random profiles that do not match your preferences & send them. And if by chance you liked a profile you have to be the one constantly asking for updates. Don't waste your money & time & depend on them. They only care abt money.
Service wise VIP Shaadi is nice but I found it little difficult to fully understand the app in the beginning. But the consultant who was assigned to us guided me on call about how to use the app and then it was easier. Apart from that, he was also very good in connecting people and came up with good profile recommendations for our daughter who got married just last year.
Extremely disappointed. VIP shaadi offers no real value add. Profiles were shown thoughtlessly without any special consideration about compatibility, despite having explained the criteria explicitly. The service was frustrating. There was a change in consultant without transfer of adequate information or contact. the complaints/feedback were not responded to. Terribly regretful experience.
App turned out to be a waste of time and money for me. I spent 500 $ on a product and they were not able to find a single match. Kept asking and following up with them regarding what to change and everything that is needed. Always got answers which did not make any sense at all. Overall very dissatisfied. If I can go back in time and fix one mistake of 2019, it will be not to take their service. Pathetic beyond words.
It's a waste of time and money. The consultant will provide you with barely any acceptable people, and when you do, they're ALWAYS unable to contact them and ask you to move forward to the next people and repeat the same thing. And when you don't accept someone, they keep asking you to at least talk to them and again fail to connect with anyone. I was told I would be sent profiles from their VIP Shaadi list, some of them may be were, and a lot of them were actually the free members whom I could contact myself without paying a lot of money for a failed service. Extremely disappointed with the service would not ever recommend it to anyone.
Completely waste of time and money. The consultant will do nothing rather than shortlisting the profiles which by the way you can do yourself on normal Shaadi app.
Coordinator appointed just pass time. Do not have sufficient experience in the subject. Not connected even single match in 3 months.

Extremely disappointed with the service.. they are so shameless that they are even deleting the critical reviews.. Request all the folks out there, don't fall for this trap.. completely useless.. they will show the same profile which u can find easily with normal service..
Terrible VIP app. They have a button to schedule a conversation on the picture of your match which allows you schedule appt but you can't go back and see who you scheduled calls with on which day. Why roll out useless functionality and waste my time? Especially when this is VIP app for paid members. No wonder our country is still a developing country because of people like you.
Activity feed is nothing like Whatsapp messaging...substandard. Extremely difficult to follow prospectives...no excel tabulation...no accountability system to identify if VIP Consultant is doing anything besides being sick and lying, needs tremendous work! Just a showpiece at best
The service that this app provides is soooo bad.... The consultants that they appoint are unresponsive and they don't even bother to get back to us... We pay such a huge sum of money and it is all down the drain. Trust me it's a no good waste of your money
In the beginning I had taken the VIP Shaadi subscription for only 3 months. But looking at the excellent service provided by my relationship manager, I decided to renew it. And I must say it was a very good decision as I got connected with my life partner in just a few days after renewing it.
No business model at all, they lie to make you to sign up cost around $600 for three month service. Two weeks later found out this is scam, they refuse to refund. Really disappointed.
Horrible experience. Total scam. They charged us 30000 in few days the consultant is useless. No follow up. They simply call you to register for the services after that its all bogus. Really disappointed with the services.
Terrible experience. No value addition with VIP services. VIP consultant is least interested for you. The number given to contact the consultant was an international number to which we could only whatsapp. Consultant responds in 2 days or responds saying i am on leave. No right preferences set for the matches. Preferences were widened to increase the no of matches. All ignored profiles from normal shadi are sent in vip as new matches . Consultant never updates upfrontly. What a waste! 👏
The profiles do not have link to view them if you want. 2ndly all updates from consultant on each profile should be clubbed together. Now they are all mixed
Don't use this service, they will just send you recommended matches, and they will decline you or respons you same as shaadi normal app, they don't even take responsibility for anything, managers are sloggy, they don't go any extra mile for the payment they take. I will never recommend or suggest this service.
Pathetic, third class, unprofessional, C grade service. After enrolling, no response from consultant, supervisor and manager after repeatedly contacting them. Before enrolling, they had sufficient number of matches as per my criteria but soon after the day I enrolled I was told that 'there are very few matches'. This is 20th day and still no response from the team. All cheated me for $600. Do not take this service. Trust me. I repeat, DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR WORDS.
Its a very professional service. If you are looking for a premium high end matchmaking service and want to meet well educated and accomplished people then this is a good option.

I just want other people making a decision whether to take this service or not, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Worst decision ever. Firstly I was promised 4 months of service which they did not complete and finished it within 3 months. Want my money back. They had promised good prospectives and that they will make contact with the profile which wasn't fulfilled . Not a single match or conversation. Instead I was able to make conversation on my own. Honestly this a waste of money
Pathetic service they don't understand preference and send random matches from software. Waste of money and fraudulent. There is no standard pricing as well. They will make sure to loot you. The consultant replies we make mistakes and also forget to call back.
