App is great, but they make it extremely hard to renew it. My app expired and I try to renew. No "Renew" button. Only get a screen to enter a code. No option on how to get a code. Ready to uninstall it because I can renew it. Bummer. Bad bad formatting from the app developers.
Horrible! I purchased this. I have to admit there were 2 guys from customer service who really communicated and tried to help me. Then the last guy gave me the green light. In the end, I could not sign in, could not change my password BECAUSE I already had an account that I could not get into and over and over, I was told my password or username was wrong. I give up!
Changing program with no notification until you learn that the program has crashed. Told to download new program after uninstalling the old program. New program won't open. I am now waiting, again, for support with no antivirus protection. Sometimes buying a lifetime subscription turns out to be a regret. I am sure new money wouldn't be treated like this. Over 3 hours waiting.
My trial ran out, my phone isn't protected, and I want to uninstall it, but everytime I click deactivate on the play store, it says that it's a device admin, and needs to be deactivated. I can't deactivate it, and I want to uninstall it since I don't get basic protection, tell me how to deactivate it on google play store, and let me uninstall it since it's useless now.
It's amazing the number of negative comments on here. I've been using Vipre on my desktops since 2009 (lifetime license) and on my phones since 2017 without problems. I don't understand how these people are encountering basic installation issues. I very much like the low resource requirements of Vipre compared to other AV apps.
Hi. I've been a long time Vipre Advanced Security customer since the it was GFI/Sunbelt. I had Vipre Mobile Security installed until recently it caused errors and I noticed it was no longer in the Playstore. So I installed Vipre Android Security which TODAY indicated "my subscription" is over and asking for a Code which I never received. I have "codes" for my Vipre Mobile Security but I don't think it will work.
Having trouble trying to resubscribe to have Vipre working again on my Samsung A-71. I don't know where to go, and nothing is straight forward. The app keeps telling me I need an activation code.
Please fix the apps ability to subscribe when one has finished with the 30 days trial if you desire to keep and maintain customers and customer base. Thank you. Btw We maintain an annual subscription for our desk tops at home for several years on.
Great app never had any problems until I tried to install it on my new android phone. I have used viper for years, but I will stop auto renewal and go to another antivirus app.
What's going on with Vipre, pitting it's customers between them and HSN over Proof of Purchase for a Lifetime subscription this should have been resolved when the purchase was first made. Vipre is up to something why can't they come clean stop lying to get extra money out of your customers.
Viper Security came as a lifetime service when I purchase my computer in 2017. Since my purchase, I haven't had any problems or bugs.
Very good app it does what it says light on system resources. I have been using vipre for a long time on PC I really like this app give it a try works well on android 10 and 11 and no ads
I have viper on my PC and bought viper from hsn. Vipre want to know the purchase history from hsn with the order number. They don't have it since it was several years ago and I certainly don't have it. For some reason the key code for my PC won't work.
I do not think there is anything so far that Vipre Mobile Security has not come up with in their upgraded product that will not absolutely be the best in this product. And, their support is a absolutely wonderful.
How can my subscription be expired when it doesn't renew until July 2nd? That's just wrong. You've stolen 2 months of protection from me, and I couldn't even renew early to cover it. Not that I should.
I paid for a lifetime security when I bought this from The Shopping Channel, now I have to pay for it???? Not happy! You are not understanding, I paid for lifetime viper security for my computers, phones and tablets from the shopping channel in Canada and now the codes are not working. You are scammers!!!!
This app doesn't work on my Galaxy S10. The PC version works well on my computer but whenever I try to open the app all I see is a white screen.
I've had nothing but problems with their since I downloaded it. If you don't want your devices to keep shutting down and messing up don't get this app!
Good price!!! Better price than the others that's for sure! However it has a few problems and that is the toast message that pops up as its scanning which blocks the screen so i can't see what I'm touching at the bottom of the screen. And scanning should be able to be canceled at anytime but the onlg way is to kill the app. Scanning should only be auto perfomed while plugged into a power source at a preset time of course. Please fix Other than that cool app 😎👍
