recently was told I had an update for security. Press the button to update it. Nothing happens it takes me around in a circle so don't know what's going on my settings are set for automatic updates when you have them so I don't know if this is a glitch in your system. I would give it a 5 but with this only giving you a to until it is resolved or I get an email on what's going on
I am experiencing the same as Jordan M Gates (3/8/19). I've used this app for years and am happy with the security. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it continues to run. Please fix the glitch. This is usually a great app!
Edit: they still have not fixed that bug where the av scan automatically starts several times in a day. Unbelievable. They need to fix this now.
The only reason I gave this 1 star is because I bought mobile security for life and am now being told I don't have coverage any more and have to pay a monthly charge to have mobile security now. Vipre did not live up to the lifetime promise. I am very disappointed. DJ
Works good, free version scans once a day automatically. There is a paid version that has more features.
Love vipre desktop, but this false positives on a number of legit, major apps with no way to whitelist or ignore the warnings. For example, Logitech arx, Amazon App Store, etc.
I have had VIPRE for years. However, the MOBILE APP IS VERY DIFFICULT TO USE NOT ENOUGH SUPPORT FOR KEEPING MY CELLPHONE UPDATED. VIPRE MOBILE CELLPHONE FOR ANDROID CELLPHONE AND TABLETS NEEDS NOT ONLY MORE SOFTWARE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO MAKE VIPRE MOBILE APPS MORE THAN JUST GOING TO A COMPUTER TO GET SUPPORT, UPDATES ETC. I HAVE HAD VERY BIG PROBLEMS AND ISSUES WITH VIPRE MOBILE NOT DOING COMPLETE UPDATES, THE MOBILE APP DOESN'T GIVE ME A WAY TO CONTROL THE MOBILE APP ITS NOT BUILT INTO THE APP
Used to love it. even paid for premium. Now I cannot add my new phone and it's basically not working at all on my kids phones. Guess that's a lifetime subscription wasted.
It does the job and doesn't interfere with my Activities or demand my attention, or throw tantrums if I uninstall it. It's a beautiful system.
If I could give this a zero I would. Couldn't get it to work and couldn't get to stop premium. Zero customer service. What a freaking headache.

so Vipre is "sunsetting" the mobile apps/ programs? So much for that big talk about how great your company's protection! What about those of us that invested in the apps/ programs? I'm VERY disappointed, just a waste of BIG MONEY!?
PLEASE FIX MY VIPRE! IT KEEPS ALERTING ME TO IT CRASHING! IT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE 2019, PLEASE also update app on Google play.

Noticed my premium account not working I uninstalled app cleared data restarted device and webpage wont open to reset password

I bought Vipre frm QVC several years ago and have been using it on all my devices since.
quietly sits in back ground. I have had no issues so must presume it is doing its job.
Once you install it, you can't deactivate it or uninstall it. Run scared.
The app has been fine for me for the last 3 months but today it started running a scan continuously, showed up in my notification bar. i go into the app and its not saying its running a scan. Now i wouldn't care except it was draining my battery by 1% every like 45 seconds. After trying everything to stop it. I uninstalled it. The battery drain stopped. I reinstall and get my account up and running again and it starts the stupid scan again and brings with the battery drain. FIX IT PLEASE.
