App just hangs after you click "Let's Go". Cannot access my boarding pass. Which is the entire purpose of a mobile airline app.
Wouldn't open right when I got to tsa check in. Had to get out of line and go print a paper ticket.
Borders on useless. Takes FOREVER to open. Cannot hold a boarding pass in local storage apparently. So you wait endlessly to check on flight updates or confirm boarding info. Better off without it
Its worthless. Doesnt show all flights. Other sites publish more fights then this dedicated one. It forces you into a single flight of its choice
Won't work for me (Alaska MVP member) - just spins and spins, never opens up to allow me to enter flight info and use app as intended. Scrap the app and just let me use the awesome Alaska app, pls.

Huge improvement over the old app. Can actually use it to check in and have a boarding pass now.
pretty terrible app. notifications never work. so many bugs. check-ins let you select options and tell you last minute no changes have been made, but go ahead and check you in anyways so you can't change anything afterwards. I'd be embarrassed if I created this app.
Wonderful distillation of the VA website and more. Makes it crazy easy and fast to do most simple tasks surrounding booking and managing itineraries. There are a few bugs here and there, but that's to be expected for a recent release.

Worked OK. Trouble signing in or connecting at times, which is no good if you're at the airport. Ended up taking a screenshot of my boarding pass just in case.
Someone thought they would be clever by adding client side validation for the email address. Unfortunately, they got it wrong. Ever hear of “plus addressing”? The desktop website allows plus characters and I can log in there. But your mobile app? Nope! Have to “fix email”, but of course can’t.
Don't rely on the app to access your boarding pass! Very very slow to open the app (sometimes it doesn't open atall) and load the pass. Also doesn't seem to be a way to download your boarding pass to your phone. Missing basic functionality for an airline's app!

Can't login with password. Why would any company release an app without any quality assurance? Awful uninstalled immediately

Will not save my flight to the app after finding it with my confirmation. Have to re-enter the info every time
The latest update prior to 10/5 does not save upcoming flights anymore!! Very frustrating. Please fix it.
Useless since it logs you out when backgrounded then takes many minutes to log you back in.
Why would I want an airline app? Just let me view my boarding pass in a browser like every other airline.

DO NOT CLOSE THE APP BEFORE TSA SECURITY. App will forget your credentials, meaning your boarding pass will be gone. Stressful when they send you back to get another boarding pass.
