This app constantly crashes and never seems to work smoothly. Even after deleting & reinstalling it never works correctly. Completely unreliable.
Technical problem at anytime. Unable to access when needed. Too bad to use! But they don't care, there are so many bad reviews and they don't do anything to improve. Worst app since long time.
The app used to work but for the last few months it has failed to let me log in and just says experiencing technical difficulties. So it is not a waste of time.

The app in general is ok but I was unable to pay for my additional luggage. I received errors when trying to select the bank card I had just added.
Keep getting reminders to check in for past flights. My last flight was 5th March and got a checkin alert on 24th! This has now happened on my last 4 flights and tempting me to silence notifications, which defeats the object of the app.
works like the Fly Delta app, which means very badly. Boarding passes disappear at random, can't select seats. Avoid.
App was working fine but last few months not been able to sign in says having technical difficulties, needs sorting out, no point in having it really.
Hi, your system is unable to process my user registration. I have repeatedly entered the information correctly, but each time it responds: "We're sorry... We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later. (G012)" Please help.
You cannot search for direct flights. Ridiculous. No alternative date suggestions. Have given feedback to them but nothing has changed.

Essentially useless Not sure of purpose of this app as does very little. Doesn't update points for weeks & attempts to check flight availability & costs fails partway

The flight was good, and the staff and food are very nice. But everything to do with the technical side of the experience - especially this app, are not up to the standard in my opinion. The website is confusing and the app simply does not work. And never in my life have I had to search separately and fill in a form to change a flight. Really frustrating.
App stopped working. Tries update and reinstallation, but it didn't work.
The app is annoying. Used this app on a recent flight from Boston to Heathrow and at the crucial time, our boarding passes were no longer to be seen! They were there just a few minutes before getting to the gate and then they were gone! This necessitated our stepping out of line to re-open the app. Username ...password...booking reference ?Why? Once boarding passes have been downloaded they should be available off line! Causes unecessary stress! Give me a printed boarding pass every time!
Used this app to check into my VA flight, boarding passes displayed perfectly. When I got to the airport they would no longer display. This meant I could not walk through security as soon as I arrived at the airport but had to wait in line for assistance from the attendants. It would have been better if I had no app at all as I would have printed the passes out at home. Useless.
Very glitchy. Pretty much every time I exit the app it forgets who I am, so I have to go through the whole rigmarole of finding my booking ref or eticket number again. Then when i do get in, it says I have no flights. Now I'm at the airport, it won't show me my boarding pass each time I go into the app, so I've had to screenshot it so I'll have access when I need it as I cant rely on the app. Very disappointed.
Useless piece of software, the check in didn't work, and once i manage to dolt from the site and refresh the data on the app, after a few hours the boarding pass and the booking were removed from the app. Need to find the booking again, but this time the check in status wasn't updated. This app should do 1 thing, 1 thing only, get your booking and boarding pass, you guys are great, just missed to do 1 thing right. Please find a new job
Where to start... My flight has been cancelled twice in a single week and the app is slow, glitchy, and I'm not able to select my seats without getting an error message. I'm now at the mercy of VA to seat me someplace on the plane. I do not fly very often but this has been an extremely painful process not to mention the added layer of dealing with covid restrictions. Book with VA if you want unpredictable flights and having to wait 40 minutes to get in contact with them about an issue.
Very poor quality app. Looks like a web app inside a Web view, text cutting and overlapping. Very unprofessional. They could get a better UI done by paying someone £500 on fiverr or upworks. Seriously!
