Disappointing App continually tells me to find a good connection, log off and try again Can't have a much better connection than sitting right on top of my router which has no problem watching live sports.

Only really downloaded the app to sync boarding pass to Google Pay for easier use. Unfortunately get an error message saying the app is unable to save to Google Pay. Needs fixing.

No matter the many and various ways I try to accept the seats already allocated to my booking, this app simply won't let me complete a check-in. I would consider this to be one of the most basic functions for an app of this type and yet ... Read this as a zero star rating.

Can't even retrieve a booking. The most basic function doesn't work. Called the contact centre, completely fruitless waste of 45 minutes. These guys are still an absolute joke.

Doesn't work keeps telling me I don't have any flights useless app. Now not working and can't check in - still bloody useless

Very Slow and Doesn't access Star Alliance flights. You can't book international flights anymore it seems.

Excellent user interface. Simple, Responsive and Error free.

Completely useless and provides the absolute bare minimum of information, with little to no interactivity to manage the booking - that cant update in real time. Doesn't even show the correct flight number for goodness sake. I went to the desk in a panic asking if I was even in the right place as the flight number on the app was different to that on the app. Take some advice from Qantas.

this app works fine until you try and book a flight. then the booking process repeatedly stops with a "this page encountered a technical difficulty please contact the guest contact centre" error, usually at the passenger details page. good for checking in, seat selection, extra baggage, boarding pass for an existing booking. Won't let you book a new flight.

It's great in theory that the latest update introduces a dark mode. Unfortunately it's ugly, with lots of purple text on black backgrounds and still lots of white space. Worse, there seems to be no way to turn it off without changing the phone's system default. Not an improvement.

Unable to cancel a booking through the app, and there are no messages on the app saying that this is feature is unavailable so I don't know why such a basic function doesn't work. I tried to cancel well before the departure date by the way, but the app simply didn't repond. This has really distrupted my travel, as calling the guest contact centre has been difficult due to bad reception where I am.

What is the point of an app that just sends you to a webpage and then asks for your number and password EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.?

Absolutely useless, flight details come through late, most seats are taken and you get an error message when you try to pick a seat, you can waste hours and still not be able to pick a seat. Flight delays don't show up on the app either, you can check an hour after you were meant to have taken off and it still shows the flight is on time.

The app works fine, except for one glaring omission, the ability to amend existing bookings. Add this feature and it would be perfect.

All airline apps in Australia seem to be designed to confuse and bamboozle. Obviously, there are no real people only irritating computer voices.

Can't cope with flight changes. If you change a reservation, dates or routing...the trip continues to show all sectors regardless if they have been removed from the booking. It's very confusing and frankly stupid! The separate Velocity app correctly reflects and changes to a booking.

Unable to add boarding pass to Google Pay. Please update and make sure it's stay ready for passenger convenience.

It's just OK. Constantly asks me to re-login, but has no fingerprint login support. Why not? Should be mandatory. Design is uninspiring particularly the very basic Velocity member section. Clunky usage model, always linking out to webpages whenever you need to modify your booking. Get your act together and build a native Android app already VA.

Added a flight, my flight to the app. It was done by my company and had my name on it. I'm not sure why the app isn't designed to see your name and add your details to a trip. Or at least ask. On a positive note it now seems to add your boarding pass to google wallet which is even more convenient.

Useless app won't even accept valid login details

New clean and precise layout seemed to make it many further taps to bring up boarding pass. Maybe it was due to a delayed flight but I would hope it presents "view boarding pass" as an immediate option on the day of a flight.

Basic app. Unfortunately the status tracker isn't correct. It thinks I need X amount of credits by my anniversary for my next status upgrade, which is wrong. It should be the next date that my next status credits expire. Could confuse people unfamiliar with system

This app is hopeless. It logs you out when you try to book. It constantly logs out on your phone. The Qantas app is so much better. I cant remember my password of the 5000 passwords for logins you have in daily life so when I get to the airport I have to waste time getting a physical ticket and checking in at the counter

It does the required job. It has some add-ins such as linking to maps. But it's about ten generations behind Qantas in usability. And it logs you out all the time. Developers should visit and keep up with competition.
