Could not use the app to checkin and had to stand in line one I got to the hotel. They had 3 people working back there. Everytime I wanted to check the bill or use the mobile key, it also did not work. They really need to hire a team that can get this mess working correctly.

Doesn't work. Literally cannot get passed the registration page just keeps "spinning" Just like most things with this hotel brand big huge shinny press releases and then close to zero on the execution side.

They billed me 25 $ a night for 3 diff vehicles of mine per night...75night...and when i went to tje bar at half time w my daughters i made it a point to pay cash for my tab....so it would not be.additional to my room.well 3 days later i recieved a email and a addl bill almost 800 more on my credit card ..i figured ot would be easily removed ,nope. The app started up and got stuck on an image of Richard Branson. i finally just uninstalled it. I have no idea what this is actually supposed to do but it would be nice if I could use it to cast YouTube TV and other applications.

I installed this app for an up coming visit to Chicago hotel in August. What I did not know is it put me over my data cap! In the background it used 414mb of data since the 1st! I'm not even at the hotel yet and this is unacceptable. Please rebuild this app.
