Hey Member! Your beloved Virgin Mobile device just wants to help. And when you hook it up with the My Account app, beautiful things can happen at the swipe of a finger. Pay your bill, check your usage or grab a travel bundle before your shopping trip to NYC. It’s all right there, and it’s all about making things easy, so you have more time to do awesome things. Or just to waste, if it’s one of those days.
Here’s a bunch of stuff you can do with the app:


• Check your balance, view, download (PDF), print and pay your bill
• Easily manage your travel usage
• Check out your usage
• Add or remove add-ons (including travel passes)
• Check out your plan details

We’ll never charge you data when you use it on our 3G, 4G and LTE networks, the app works on WiFi, and the red colour scheme makes it perfect for angering bulls, if that’s something that might be helpful.

Seems to be always under maintenance whenever I try to use the app. So annoying that I started keeping a folder of screenshots of all the different "cute" messages telling me how I can't complete the task I set out to do when signing on. I haven't seen any big changes on the app, and still wonder why I keep getting pages not loading or others with error codes.

Not Happy as the App has issues being on target with my needs. If I want help, it's nowhere to be had. I've dealt with online payments, no help or all of a sudden, can't accept card from previous payments, doesn't recognize password.???? %$@# never again will I contract this garbage company.

Horrible app. It doesn't let me to log in. I tried to reach one of your customer service. She told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. BUT, can't be uninstall. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this app at all. Unless, you fix it. If there was a 0 star, I would give it zero. Very frustrating.

Second account (for internet) disappeared from app and can't be added back, so now I have to log in via browser in order to see it. Inconvenient. Latest app update also no longer requires any sort of login or authentication to access the account.

Never given me issues, easy to navigate and convenient way to pay phone bill. Also has lots of other options I enjoy, like being able to see how close I am to paying off my phone!

Because it makes me sign in every time before showing ng me ads! But it is convenient to have additional bonuses and discounts ..but most importantly access to modifications on your account which is not what every cell service provides!:)

They sent me a letter saying I can use home internet after 5pm, but it's 11:26pm their system still in "pending" status to give me internet! Called technicans, useless and lazy attitude!! Internet still dkwn and won't even help with mobile login! Is this the support u guys advertised for!? Read some other comments about they over charge the phone even with data limit on. yeah! that happened to me, one big reason I stop using their mobile! Now big regret giving their home intetnet a try!
