Before you get started, please remember the app is for primary cardholders only. If you have an additional cardholder they can still log into Online Service to track their activity.

I don't know why they created a separate credit card app from the banking app. Makes it harder to manage accounts across 2 apps **edit to respond Yes, it doesn't load properly, so I cannot login. Probably need to reinstall. Also you cannot save a payment card, so I need to manually input card details every time I need to pay my bill. Its glaringly obvious to anyone with a brain that being able to manage all accounts with your bank from 1 app is a good thing.

Absolute shambles. Have to uninstall and re install the app every time I want to use it. Payments are so much more complicated than they used to be, when you could transfer between accounts so easily. I have read the feedback that says the new app offers more features. I will be unlikely to use these features on a regular basis and for me the most important thing is that the app is user friendly for making payments. Which clearly from all the reviews it is not. Going to cancel card.

Always seems to hang between pages where it just shows its loading forever, meaning you have to force close and then reopen the app. It's far too clunky for a credit card that can only be managed via a smartphone app and has no website login available. Reinstalling the app doesnt resolve it. The app is fully upto date and I am running the latest software for my phone.

Like other folks say, can't log in , just a white screen... Absolutely rubbish, what was wrong with the card being on the banking app, like it used to be. Easy to transfer and manage from one account to another. Doesn't deserve one star!! I'll be deleting the app, and paying by cheque in the post. Why make everything more difficult? GET IT BACK ON THE BANKING app!!! Still shows a white screen. And no the banking app isn't running in the background, as you have to come out of it, start this one.

I always have problems opening the ap. It usually takes over 15 minutes for the opening page to start. This month I have tried constantly for 2 days to access the ap bit still unable to use. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing the about that did not work either. Anyone would think this company did not want repaying! Yes I have updated everything and a year on I still have the same problem.

Works fine once loaded, but still has its really annoying habit of failing at that first step when launched from its icon, at least half of the time for me. I'm able to get around that via this Google store page by using Open rather than Un/Installing, but really shouldn't have to. It's the only app I use that behaves this way, and it seems particularly shoddy that it happens with a financial one that doesn't have a browser alternative. It needs fixing.

The app contains a number of defects or functionality gaps. For example, no ability to save a card for regular payments, screens regularly have rendering issues where they flicker constantly but most worrying is an inaccurate 'You Owe...' value on the day before a new statement. This changes to an arbitrary high value and then resets to the expected value the next day. This is horrendous and very stressful as the first concern is card theft due to the inaccurate and high value. Lots to fix.

Can not get into it again! Even after updating, which it didn't inform me of. Developer has responded quickly so fingers crossed the issue gets fixed. Mentioned lack of PC use as an added complaint and now they ask if i have a smartphone! What do they think i have been running this piece of work on for the last 6 months? Don't contact me again.

9/5/22: I just installed on a separate device that is close to being factory clean, and the behaviour is the same. So I doubt cookies could be a problem. I have also tried on mobile data only, and wifi only. 5/5/22: I was wrong. The flashing problem is back. Reproduce: Go to Transaction tab. Tap a transaction for more details. Close the page with the 'X'. From then on the app becomes unusable with a persistent flickering and swirling M. Then I have to kill the app.

Absolutely rubbish. App never opens. I have to reboot the phone every time. Functionality of the app is very poor. It takes an age to check the account. Please put it back on the laptop Web browser. It was so much easier to manage my accounts. If its not solved I'll dump the VM credit card.

Got a credit card and can't even get close to setting it up on the app! Someone needs to sort it out, seems like I'm not the only one having issues going by the other reviews! I'd give it zero stars if I could! I enter in my card details to then be faced with a blank page. The furthest I got in the app was to send a security code....which never arrived after 5 attempts of having it sent to my mobile number.

Bring back the old app as this is not fit for purpose. It seems I can only make one payment as a 2nd/3rd/4th ect one just jumps back to the value I want to pay. I think I paid £100 a few weeks ago but have no idea as it hasn't registered as a transaction and have no evidence to back it up so don't think it has accepted it now. Never had a single issue with the old one.

Just applied for this credit card and think I should have read the reviews first... No problem installing the app and linking my card but get a blank screen when getting into the app once set up which is totally useless... Even uninstalled and relinked my card and still get the same.... Won't bother to use this card unless issue is resolved.... Plenty of cards on the market!

App on initial install worked until I tried to log in again. Finger print login failed (I don't have issues on other apps) & then when I used the pass code it immediately locked me out **29/3 update** now lets me in with finger print straight away - strange. Upgrade to 3 stars. **18/4/22 update** App appears to be very buggy at the moment - lots of flashing and whirring

Terrible, I have to uninstall only to reinstall EVERY time I want to log on! Totally useless give me back the desktop access I had before which worked just fine. Will be moving to another credit card provider due to this awful 'upgrade' shortly... Reply to virgij miney response below: no, just an endless 'M' logo EDIT : I have now gone with another provider due to this completely useless app and no other way of accessing info reliably. Disgrace.

Absolute garbage app, can't make a payment as it just comes up with errors. Time to cancel this card and go elsewhere. 1 star is too much for this app. I've already checked all my postcode when it didn't work initially, I also entered it in different formats when you make a payment and it made no difference.

Unimpressive. A bad mistake to close website access to the credit card. Slow to load and frequently freezes requiring either a reload or switch phone on and off. Reissuing this review in the hope VM might actually redesign the whole thing. Since March review I have had to uninstall and install several times. If I could give it 0 stars I would
