Changing review as getting worse! Last week after the update, I lost all my points, then was not able to access app (stuck on first screen with rocks). Now I can no longer access my account through the computer either! It won't recognize my password or login (not sure which) and my account got locked after too many attempts. Received email to reset, tried, site won't recognize my DOB to unlock! No reply from support since I requested help on first issue last week. Hope it comes soon.

I have no internet connectivity issues. This app takes a few minutes to load up. When it finally does, when you select anything that takes to to a new page within the app, that ALSO takes a long time (most of the time) sometimes it's okay. The health advice given in journeys is highly questionable/scientifically debatable. I've seen several examples. Such as how loading up on carbs is great for energy. Again, highly debatable and I could write a book about just that one example. Don't trust it

The app constantly has issues. The app is Great when it works properly but between it often not saving the information you input. It gives you an option to customize the list of your daily Healthy Habits but does not save them. It's literally irony at it finest that one of the healthy habits it promotes is reducing stress yet the many app issues creates stress. LoL. Other than that I do like the app very much.

App has been going down hill the past few months with connectivity. It doesn't load. Wifi or on data, can't get past the mountains on the home screen. Customer service doesn't respond. If it wasn't for work i wouldn't use this app. I am to unisntall and reinstall it for the 2nd time this weekend

This App is required by my employer as of this year. It has been buggy since I started using it but the latest update has made it worse than ever. If I had a choice I would not use it. But I guess I am stuck with it. My tracker has stopped syncing with it. I followed the instructions and got it to sync once, but only once. I don't feel I should have to manually disconnect and reconnect my device daily to get it to sync. Updates should improve the App not break it.

App was working perfectly for the last four months and then stopped updating from my Fitbit. The only way to get it to update steps is by disconnecting and reconnecting the Fitbit each time, which essentially makes the app a huge bother to use. As we use this app for work incentives, we lose the ease of use. Please fix this!

Easy to use app. Update: As of 4/22/22 my Fitbit is no longer able to sync with the app. I lost several steps for my work incentive and found that by disconnecting/reconnecting it updated. However, this was a two day solution. Updated the app now am unable to sync my steps.

Update: VP support hasn't fixed the issue - it's been 2 weeks. I wish I didn't have to use this app! ------- This app will not open on my Samsung Galaxy 10e. I enter my email and password and the spinner spins away never to open. This is a PITA. The app worked perfectly last year and year before on this phone.

Update 2/27/22 - still experiencing issues and they are actually worse now than ever before. Im using this app for work health incentives and nothing syncs so I dont even know if my points are accurate.. App was fine up for months and then a few weeks ago, the issues started. Now, its nothing but issues with basic functionality and getting even fitbit to sync to it. I've uninstalled and installed several times and disconnected and synced again. Nothing works.

I used to really like this app but after the last update it is not so good anymore. I have trouble updating from Fitbit and it keeps shutting down. I mean constantly shutting down! Very aggravating. Such a disappointment.

It's a bit laggy and there's a lot of aspects you can't access without the web browser version. I still use it but there's A LOT of room for improvement

12/7update--Frustrated again. App isn't working, won't sync, won't connect, and no one to contact, no customer service at all. Would not use this if it weren't required by employer. Terrible app. Update 2/20/22-- App is crashing on Healthy Habits with checked items not staying checked. Update 3/13/2--Thank you for fixing the Healthy Habits glitch! It now works very well on my Samsung phone.

This app is really slow and cumbersome. Expect to wait 20 seconds while the page to enter stats loads. I don't like the way it is organized and it pushes its own agenda and requires you to give up your friends data in order to earn points. Another State of Arizona flop.
