Very good if you can get an appointment now. The virtual clinic app is difficult because it has no provisions for my iPads to get microphone which connects sound. The regular, virtual and Zoom apps have problems getting connected. My last two virtual meetings were done only by a line telepnone! Updates changed it. I have ios14.7 on all modems but no computer. I think Virginia Mason only likes a computer for virtual visits. Appointments in person are virtually impossible since Pandemic.
Menu on My VM won't open Cannot access billing or my appts or anything else pertinent if menu icon does not respond... just get a little red box around menu icon and no access or error message. Useless now.
Doctors and staff were wonderful. Very clean. Too many people which made my life difficult but Virginia Mason is a great place to have surgeries and the nurses are amazing.
Hardly works. Have sent 3 emails & no response.

VMMC app is excellent with communication between parents and doctor
I am using the android version. On the self appointment page I'm unable to scroll down the locations. On the appointments page; for a particular appointment when green option button is clicked, it says "Add to Calendar" but it did not add the appointment to my calendar on the device. Other than that app is easy to use. It will be more useful when all scheduled appointments at VM can be seen in the app.
I installed this app in order to access messeges in myvamason. I could not open the messaging center or my message. App would just blink back to another screen.
Easy to use, intuitive, clean uncluttered. Use to have MyChart mobile with Epic. Better interface and usability.
The web site disguised as an app. Pages do not fit on screen and functionality is very limited
Have to call to set up account?! I just got out of VM hospital and find that their records don't work with the standard mychart app. Grumble... OK, I'll set up their proprietary app. Installed fine but requires a pre-established account to login. The only way to get that set up is to "call your care team." well, exactly who is that if you've been in the hospital? Everything else about VM is top notch, but the online experience is just bad.
