1- If I enter an address to search for nearby providers, the app doesn't correctly use the distance selected. (Have to use zip code). 2- I'm new to the program and choosing an MCO for the first time, but the app insists I enter a reason for changing MCOs from a drop down list and doesn't have a choice for choosing one for the first time.
Is easy to use if it would actually let you enroll in a plan. it wont let me save the plan i choose says theres an error! I tryed again another day and it wouldnt let me login said client cant be found . So i just went to my current health plan and logged in with in seconds. obviously im a client. please fix these bugs cause it an awesome app if it would just work
The app was easy to use and contained info that was updated (unlike the website) and easy to find. It would have been better if I could search and enroll by practices instead of specific doctors.
Wonderful app, easy to use. I wish there were more options,ie assistance for people who are in need of housing that have limited to no means, work from home opportunities,rides to appointments.
This app is great I had to change insurance for all three of my kids. It was very easy extremely quick and the upmost convenient I would definately recommend to anyone that's in this program
Easiest process ever! You don't have to sit on the phone having things explained or feeling rushed to choose. Read, compare at your own pace!
Easy to change plans, but the app doesn't give as much information on each plan as I would like, and can be hard to search for specialty providers.
TOO MANY ERRORS. I cannot select a plan without getting the "Cannot process request" error. I can't fill out my birthday online so that's why I tried the app. Nothing is working. I don't want to have to call. So inconvenient.
Having to scroll through calendars to enter your birthday is a hassle. When looking for a provider, it only lists a fraction of the providers found on the site. In comparison to what you can do on the site,the app is limited.
Tried to enroll online and I couldnt do it. Took a chance and tried the app and I got everything done in less then 2 minutes. Faster and easier to navigate.
Easy to use. Would have been easier had the providers names and address etc all been correct and MCOs been in one listing. There were five listings for a certain doctor, all with different addresses, offices, MCOs, etc.
Why would there be a number to call about changing providers if they have no athurization for the purpose to change one? I litterally tried to be a new patient but after 2 attempts not only did the doctor not accept, but she left and now everytime I attempt to change Im always drawn back to square 1.
So far, so good! The app downloads quickly, is simple to understand, easy to access and navigate through, and very convenient to have! :)
So far its been okay. I would have liked more information to be available while choosing my provider. I ended up calling offices and then coming back to make a choice.
Useless app!! Doesn't even have the dr listed on here that I'm going to use but has all kinds of dr's listed that are no longer in the area and has left area many years ago!! Fix your app!!
Super easy to use. My only critique is that it doesn't seem work over the weekends when the main office is closed which is ridiculous.
Nice and easy to use. It allows me to select provider for my wife in less than 5 minutes. It would take longer if I try to do it by phone.
It's really very basic and not really useful. It doesn't tell very much detail about benefits or other pertinent information.
This app wont let me complete my enrollment. It keeps saying cannot connect to server. Try again later.

I downloaded the app but when i try to open it Everytime it'll say sorry cannot connect to server that's why it got a 1 star rating.
So easy to use! Just didn't like the fact I couldn't find my kids doctor on there as primary care.

Doesn't work. I put in my info and it says I'm not qualified to us their program, but I'm holding the card and have had my active account for almost 3 years now.
Most of the information is wrong,whether it is numbers,patient acceptance, etc.
if I try to enroll online it wont let me enter my birthday, if I try enroll on the app it wont let me finish and save keeps giving me an error message.
I haven't had it long, but so far it has need easy to navigate and helpful.
It was pretty easy to use only difficult part is looking for a Dr . You need their address to make it go faster. But other than that.This went Perfectly!! I find this was nearly perfect!.found it very easy to find myself in the system. I had to change my plane due to poor pharmacy with only choices given for me to use with Anthem. And having to get referrals for all most every medication given to me. Some sent several times. It was just not exceptable for my care. But doing this was enrol Great!
