Decent app, but it SEVERELY drains my battery and over-heats my phone after about 20 minutes. In the 4 years I've had my phone I've never had an over-heated warning until this app.
So 1st my email shows as invalid. So I'm left wondering what I'm supposed to do next. I find a response to someone else who had the same problem. I go to the bottom, click the link to "Need an account?" Now, I'm stuck at the next step because my my provider, hospital, or network isn't found. I recieved this Virtual Care pamphlet in the mail from the U Health Plans. Can't this app list all the available options to choose from? Is there another Virtual Care app?
Sometimes this app is difficult to get going, and the sound quality isn't the best, in my opinion. However, picture is great!
My review is for Dr. Hannum, as the app is what is. Dr. Hannum is a great doctor and it has been a pleasure switching to him from an MD who blew me off anytime I complained of side effects, or suggested the meds weren't working for over 5 years. Dr. Hannum worked with and for me when I had all but accepted that I was never going to receive proper treatment for my ongoing battle with ADHD, impulsivity, and depression. Visits are affordable, convenient, and worth trying for anyone
EXCELLENT! I'm a Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer Fighter. As such, I am completely immune system comprised! Today I used this app for the first time to video chat w/ my Dr. This was so helpful because I was able to get my new Rx without leaving home & possibly being exposed to the Coronavirus!
No Doctor Available EVER! Waited over 4 hours one time and 1 1/2 hours a second time. No one ever responded! Tried to chat with them got NO RESPONSE! I don't think anyone actually ever responds! Would give less than 1 star if possible.
The worst APP & Website I have ever dealt with. Neither work!
I absolutely love this app and I tell all my family and friends about it.
The app will not accept my e-mail or my husband's e-mail address, I don't know how to fix this.
Nothing works. Kept saying not a valid email address. Sucks

I'm supposed to have a meeting but I can't register my email because my provider isn't listed. There's no help button and you're just stuck there. Now I have to wait for my provider to call and figure it out from there.
