Virtual Landlord App
Virtual Landlord Software features:
Properties: Store property name, address, save property as single unit multi unit, upload Property picture, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, purchase price, down payment, room sizes.
Tenants: Tenant name, phone numbers, email, occupant details, rent amount, rent due date, rent frequency, security deposit amount, rent deposit. Call, or email your tenants directly from the app.
Documents: Store screenshots of rental agreements, notices, application forms, bills and etc.
Transactions: Enter all types of transactions(Income and expenses).
Reports: Calculate detailed reports for the rental property income, expense, and profit and loss for each of your rental units or all of them at once over a time span that you define.
Database: Backup, restore, or delete your rental property data anytime that you want. The database can be backed up and restored as a .csv file which is compatible with Excel and Google sheets.
Alerts: Don't feel like remembering dates, then let the Virtual Landord remind you. Notification alerts will be sent when a Tenants rent is due, or when a lease is expiring; Alert information will also be view-able from the dashboard.

Simple to use. Paid one off 2.69 for the pro version. So far it does what i need it to with no frilly bits. Worth a look compared to similar more expensive ones
Exactly what I was looking for! Easy to use, I can deny permissions and still use all functions in app. Best part I didn't have to open an account or register an email inorder to use app. I love it! Thanks
At last, found what i was looking for Easy & practical app. Slight improvement is needed such as more cutrency Selection, editing expensis
Not good... Made the in app purchase upgrade to pro version just to find that our currency is not available. When trying to upload tenant documents the app doesn't allow basic format such as pdf... Annoying to say the least... After 5 minute's use and writing this review I deleted it... Not worth it
Super helpful and user friendly! I love it!! Updated review: Just updated to Pro version wanted to generate & export financial .xls spreedsheet report but it didn't give me to do so... Kind of upset now......
Developer never responds to emails and not all features work even when you buy pro version. Don't waste your money
The fact it's a software to up keep, and maintain, l find it good helpful, the question is, is it a one time fee charged?
Excellent tracker for tenant payments on my phone. It requires a pop up option for alerts though
South Africa is in the list of countries but her currency in not in the list. Please add. Please edit to allow rooms rented by multiple tenants with shared bathrooms.
I just purchased the pro version. Can I use this app in different phones. Is it cloud based.
Not able to backup on Drive. No option for buying the app
3 out of 5 due to no platform to send automated email invoices and statements to tenants. Please add this feature on app
Can only change currency by paying for the app. Fail at first hurdle.
it need few additional Currency of other countries and current I am learning the app if it will work for us or not
It gets the job done, and it's simple and easy to use.
Bad screen layout. Cannot see titles of fields
There's no option to add submeter readings and bill computation for water and electric billing for each unit

It's a very good app. The reason for a 3 star review is that it doesn't allow to add multiple pictures of the apartment condition prior to leasing at the time and if you sell a property doesn't allow to erase it without erasing the total income .
