Fairly good. Not too realistic - would prefer bowls not run on as much - it's more like an indoor or artificial green. Standard rules don't apply, which could be improved. For example, 2m and 23m lines, rink width and jack in ditch. However, having been deprived of real bowling for 2 years, I'm very pleased with it. It can help to develop strategy and head reading.

Brilliant. Please please please make it run in VR -that would be superb. Adding a grass smell would make it like being on the green !!! An option to alter green speed would be great - perhaps green speed could be altered automatically for each new game you play with the additional option of trial ends to assess green speed before you play

Totally new to lawn bowls, but I'm a curler so I'm enjoying it. Just wish mode vs computer has each player throwing 4 bowls not 2, and I don't see an option to do it. Other than that, great fun.

Shocking app and shocking developer. I resisted rating this despite it being awful. Then, because the developer didn't like my comments on Facebook, he stopped me from posting. My comments were, unless you can block people I could never recommend it to anyone. Why would you want to block someone? Because many people play it like skittles. Made easier because the green to bowl ratio is hideously bad. Early last year I lost many coins. I sent an email. Not holding my breath was a good idea.

Excellent simulation of lawn bowls. Would like to have an indoor green choice as well if possible. Also would be great to customise the ball and mat with your own images. But the basic mechanics are sound. Just to update this the game actions have recently improved and the opponent is even more challenging. You can make it easier if you chose too as well. A great introduction to the game. One down note though the license and the game stats do not transfer to another device.

Looks a good game,only problem is,a game can last way to long because of the time it takes some people to have their go!!.. it gets so frustrating at times that I just turn the game off!..sort this issue and it would be worth playing again,a 30 second time limit per shot would be more than sufficient.

Enjoyed the free version but there is so much more in the full version. Adjustments to the state of the green, number of players and bowls per player, and amount of bias, as well as the full range of challenges make it worth every penny. Simple to play but very addictive.

Enjoying the experience, as a flat green bowler I thought that I'd have a tactical advantage, but there are alot of good gamers playing here, waiting ages for opponents to play is a downside, the 'claim game' option doesn't always appear, so you hang about for ages. A 'good shot/well done' button would be nice to show appreciation of an opponents wood (as you would in a real game) overall, thumbs up.

Really enjoying this (enough to pay for it). Simple, quick to learn but challenging, and fun. Bots offer varying challenge levels which is good and engaging. Good one-match tasks. Stable app but the gameplay could be faster. and t could be a richer game with more dev, play option and features.

It's...good... would be better if the playing green resembled even a little like a real green, with the rink boundary poles, the tee and centre lines etc.. and a moveable mat.. at the moment it's just marbles.. fun though none the less. Bit buggy, keeps crashing when trying to increase the difficulty of the AI

Upgraded to 5* once online mode added.. i've got iOS version also and great fun online. Controls do take a little getting used to, touch and feeling, as does the game in real life. The challenges are fun. Graphics are good . Will certainly get us through the 2020 summer of no bowls

The graphics are good though the game does not exactly follow the rules of bowls. If you put the jack in the ditch it gives you another attempt, in real life your opponent would get to roll the jack instead of you. Overall though the game is good.

Love the game,,,however some glitches seem to appear every now and then, ,,can be leading a game by a few shots,,,then game appears to freeze,,,and the next thing you know is you have lost the game,,,, also machine gives you the option to claim a win, when you could be well behind in the score,,, I feel that is not fair to the person in the lead,,,,not sure if anything can be done about these glitches,,,,,that aside, I thoroughly enjoy this game,,,it is a great substitute for the real thing,,,

Relaxing pastime. Enough strategy and variation to remain interesting. Good play and improvement rewarded. Not frustrating when bad ball bowled, as (1) you've learned something useful for next time, and (2)............. there's always next time! Highly recommend. Mike C.

If you searched for a Lawn Bowls game. You've now found it. Physics and graphics are great. The AI opponent talent is a bit random, but will beat you often enough. Here, a sport usually associated with old folk, actually turns out to be a relaxing smartphone game.

terrible controls. relies on finger forward motion which depends on screen responsiveness. why not just have a power bar on one side and i tell it how much power i need? i cant play a proper game with 3 bowls each, it lets the computer win and i only played 2 bowls. took me ages to work out how to turn my bowl so the weight is opposite, why dont you make the symbol more visible, current its the same colour as the background and cant be seen. why do you have lawns with hills????? this is crazy.

Online works well so now 5 stars. Really enjoy the paid version because it is realistic. Two things to get 5 stars. 1. Be able to play online with my bowls buddies that I'm missing during lockdown. 2. Get a little more for my purchase like an option of one or two more bowls types.

I reinstalled it and have lost the set of bowls I had taken ages to buy with the coins (which never ever goes up unless beating a bot and for 1 new coin right?). Anyway uninstalled again, not going to play a bot 100 or 200 times to get decent bowls again. Reinstalled again as recommended and still lost the bowls I had. Pity.

Great game but, the only issue is that after a quick game you have to pay to play the players online. An after completing the first page of the practice part its impossible to go past the big crown which is more like a mountain...

Good graphics.Lawn length short and very fast, minimum jack length is not observed. Selectable lawn speed with longer lawn and different venues to play at (less wooden fence) would be good. Line of bowl adjusts with speed realistically (straighter firing shots can be made). Decelleration rate of bowl in final moments is unrealistic (it just keeps on rolling). It's a fair representation of lawn bowls. Not yet sure if this game can be played online with friends. It would be very good if it did....

I do experience difficulty latching onto the server. I still have difficulty inviting friends they can't see my invites nor me seeing theres. I can't latchon to the server on my Lenovo Tab 8. I did contact you but the problem remains. No problems with the Moto phone but preferably l would use the tablet because the screen is larger

Practice first, as you have 4 bowls & it is faster. As you get more skilful one can play with more confidence when challenging the robot in a quick game. Only on my second session so far. Hope to step up later. Belmont 7th grader.

Gameplay is decent and the challenges quite enjoyable. The game doesnt follow the rules particularly, such as rink width/dimensions, minimum jack length etc. In the 'stats' section, I note 'Championship' games but there is no option to play such a competition. Where is this?

Great game. Once you get the hang of the power gauge (and you will), it becomes very addictive. Needs to have a bit more options such as a knockout competition or mini league. 👍

It was a good game when I first installed it then when I kept beating the robot decided not to play by the rules every time you get to Jackie's rode it all the way off the field it gets it right on the lip and 7 out of 10 times manners to keep his ball from going over out of bounds if I throw it out of bounds I have to keep throwing until it stays in bounds the jack that is but he doesn't have to there's no fun anymore with him not having to follow rules it's hard to beat ham

I think it would be better to have more bowls in the practice mode. But it's a nice relaxing game to play.

very good and easy game to play but would be better if you could up or lower the amount of sets you play against the computer rather than it always first to 7 points and have different greens.

Good game lots of fun but.... should be an option to claim win if opponent doesn't start match after 2 periods of 45 seconds and to lose points in ranking and xp as a punishment. Fed up with opponents starting games and then not playing.
