Had it a week and no complaints. I use the mobile app and it works fairly well. I have mobile VoIP services, so I had realistic expectations this has met them. I am receiving and placing calls UK and I don't think I have accidentally spent money by making a call that charges by the minute. If I were able to change one thing, it would be their canceling policy. As I understand it, they require a 30-day notice that you are going to quit, but as soon as you place that noticed, your service is cut

Been using for about a week for outbound calls. simple enough app. some of the ui sequences are a bit clunky (eg the dismiss button is red and looks like the end call button, so I think I've hung up when I haven't!) and would be good to be able to choose date/GSM for redial led calls from call history. no major issues yet and call quality is good

Not happy with my overall experience. Having to use my data as the app cuts out my wifi. Sick of paying money for something that is so inconsistent.. doesnt push notification so if I'm expecting a call I have to sit on the app & even with my unlimited data, with excellent signal it cuts out it sometimes wont let me answer the call or cuts out straight away! Would definitely like a refund 😤

Not as good as the previous app. So far about half my incoming calls and all outgoing calls are very low quality (over wi-fi), - so low that I've had to call clients back on my landline or standard number to complete the call. I never had this problem with the previous app - really disappointed as it makes the app pointless.

Randomly connects to the bluetooth on my car and the car thinks it's on a call. Killing the app is the only way to stop it. Very bad call quality so have gone back to using my mobile normally. The previous version worked way better than this.

It works poorly on latest Android. I have given all the permissions but it just doesn't work in background. If the app is inactive for few minutes it doesn't ring at all. I don't even get voice mails to my emails 😕

I'm afraid that it's a bit dreadful. I used to blame our Internet but now we're on 1 Gig fibre it's still hit and miss. Echoes, drops out, disconnects at random. No better than the buzz box which stopped working.

this app is brilliant. really helps as im overseas alot. please note that this app is not free. for under a tenner youll get unlimited calls inbound and out. just imagine if you had to use your mobile overseas....

Ridiculous app.. Used to be good. It just won't let me call when though I'm registered... Keeps saying the account ain't valid.. I can't find a way to put in username and password.. Keeps on asking to login... As I said, ridiculous

Pointless and a waste of time. Downloaded, installed and no way of signing up. They give you a QR code on your phones screen to scan? Really? How do you scan your own phones screen?

This app works absolutely fine all day. Don't know what the other reviews are complaining about... Probably their connections, not the app itself. I'm using unlimited UK calls, great price aswell!

Seems to work well but do not get any notification of a voice mail. The voice mail is a bit robotic. To be fair, I have not tried to contact them about this so could be solved if I have them a chance

Works a treat, a few bugs to start with but the current version has greatly improved an already great platform.

Voice is bad in the app. Tried everything in setting not helpful. It's okay if you're not using the app. Please sort out

the app is awful and is a shame because they seem half decent company to deal with but they are in need of an app that actually works. The app should make my life easier not cause me and my business time and money.......avoid this app at all costs.

Super handy if living out the UK or frequently travelling. Works great, and app is solid.

App is inconsistent, there are times when it works and other times when I miss important calls and only works if I am in the app

Overall good, about 1 in 10 times the call fails to connect but redialing usually sorts it.

Works brilliantly - I take calls over WiFi or 4G and the quality is better than my normal calls.

Great service. Have been using it for a number of years and have been impressed. I also use it to dial into the UK when I am abroad.

Keeps force closing on a note 8 which slows my phone down. Will give it a higher review otherwise

No problems I've noticed and call quality is better than my landline used to be.

Poor connection on the line from time to time but it's a good app in general.
