Needs to expand functionality or this app will not work on most devices. I was told by the operator that this app will only work with newer phones/tablets. They have no solutions for other than new devices.
Slow, doesn't remember videos uploaded (if you exit the program everything is blank on return), doesn't run in background (ie you get a phone call and everything is erased), bottom level app
The app was easy to use. The upload took over 10 minutes as there's no way to control the video quality.
Not user friendly. Tried to video my whole house. Kept adding videos and nothing happened.

Unprofessional person who doesn't speak English. The "surveyor" laughs throughout the "survey." I've never felt so insulted.

If I could give it 0 stars that would be too many. It crashes every time you record so you don't know if you got the video or not. Once you get it to open up again you have to restart the whole process for identifying your move. It has a live option but the company only gives out codes for recordings so it's pointless. Why create an app for something when you can use another video chat program that works better? This is complete trash.
Doesn't remember the videos you sent it if it crashes, which it did twice on my phone and therefore is not fault tolerant. I have decided to call the mover directly instead.

Super easy and convenient
App gives moving companies a reason to do less work and charge the same amount. It's more a comment on the purpose of the app then the functionality, but as long as products exist to make companies less involved in the process the quality will continue to decline. Moving is stressful enough and if I had a choice any company that uses this app would immediately be off the list of professionals I would choose from. Unfortunately, military members don't get a choice.
