It's a pretty good game. Very slow going, just like truck driving. There is no customer service, or any tutorial, so players have to teach every new person that joins how to play. So that's the downside. Also, the trucks travel way slower then in real life. So when you first start it's very boring, when you get more trucks it should be a little more fun.
I love this type of game, so when I found it among the recommendations, I couldn't wait to install it. Sadly, the screenshots and the hype didn't last long. I agree with other opinions, that the game is *slow* to start out. You start it, do some stuff for 2 minutes, then you wait hours until something happens. By that point you've forgotten about it. The worst though, it has no Play Games integration and asks me to choose language, server and to type account data every time I start the app.
Many peoples partnerships were randomly deleted. Everything is messed up. 500 errors again. WAIT screens when doing something as simple as changing drivers. It WAITS so long, up to 20 seconds, that it takes forever to go thru all my trucks and swap drivers. I dont buy anymore trucks because of that. And will stop playing here soon because of it. I've spent 40 bucks so far, but no more if it's going to be so slow I cant play. I've requested from Google a refund for the money I have spent.
Enjoying the game so far, takes a while to build up your Fleet which is true to real life. A few suggestions that may improve the realism. Rather than a straight line on the map the trucks take a designated route which may include tolls and traffic etc (real time traffic if possible) Ferries or trains could be taken into account when crossing water. Drivers should auto switch when too tired. And finally a full manual would be great as there are many features and benefits that are unexplained.
By far, the most detailed truck logistics simulator I've played so far. Be prepared to work for it though, the start is slow(as it should be), and is based on real time. This app has lots of available in-app purchases, but doesn't shove them down your throat. It would be nice if there were more available used low star trucks, new trucks only come in 5 star ratings and you can't buy those until level 50. This indeed makes things ALOT more frustrating. Overall extremely well done.
I love this game, I like that it takes as while to build up so it isn't so easy. You can train your drivers to carry different loads, fragile, dangerous and oversized. You can go alone or you can create a partnership and again build it up or join one so you can do contracts together. You get all kinds of trucks and trailers, very in depth game that has fatigue levels, different driving styles which makes it realistic. I could go on but I'll let you find out for yourself :-)
It was slow to get going and for a very short period it was fun and awesome. However the game changes. As you get more trucks it takes longer to control and load the trucks. You could combat this by buying bigger trucks and trailers however you can't because the limitations on truck availability and your level. Basically you can be great at the game and not pay for it. But it is short lived maybe a month or two. Hopefully they will change the dynamics, it could be a great game with a few changes
Enjoying the game. Progress time is spot on and I like that it's realistic with time. However, after playing for a few months, I'm finding that the game is a pay to play if you want the best experience early on. You are limited to a 1* truck until you progress but, as you progress, the next level truck becomes less frequent to get hold of. It's looking like I will have to get to a level where I can buy 5* trucks before I can buy any star trucks, unless I pay with cash. Recommend the game though!
Great concept, improvements to be made. The game itself is interesting and kind of fun to play but it is heavily let down by the intentional drawbacks. The game is quite slow to make progress which i actually don't mind so much atm but its to the extreme and i imagine ill get tired of it if it's constantly a drag. Some features like traffic and entering foreign country customs and more surprising events might be good to add. Great potential there, could be an amazing game with the right changes
The game is enjoyable and not demanding. I like that you can set up everything and then just walk away from the game instead of having to stare at the screen. There are a few things that add to make it better is a help/Faq section. You kind of learn as you go which will deter people from playing as the tutorial is really vague. There needs to be a way to earn VTP for free with optional ads or something.
Driver fatigue is unrealistic. Game tutorial doesn't go over everything you need to know to control game. Nothing makes sense until you start touching everywhere on the screen to find out what can be clicked on and what can not. Why have two drivers who can't figure out how to swap seats if they're tired. Having to manually do that each time is ridiculous, otherwise you have to payroll money for that option and it is not even permanent! Overall this had the bones to be great but falls short!
The game is very good if you like this kind of game. I would give 5 stars if not for one thing: Every time I start the game I have to press like 5 or 6 buttons before I press 5 buttons inside the game and close it for some (>3) hours. "Just checking" is not possible. Buying trucks and sending them on tour is fun.
UPDATED : Needs a tutorial. Pay game . But rather decent if you just grind it out. Update :: game has submitted a tutorial for the game. Much easier to understand for new people. Still have to pay to earn VTP points. No other way to earn. Bumping up to a 4 star rating as things are changing for the better in the game. Contracts have now been added .
Although I like the game mostly because it is different from most all the other trucking simulators where you have to drive the trucks, it is very monotonous and painstakingly slow starting up. Granted it's great that it's a RTS, but it would make things more enjoyable starting off if the transport times could be hurried up by watching ads or something to that nature until you acquire more trucks. TLDR: Fun game but literally takes forever to get going.
The game is really good so far, it could use some tweaks. The loads take a bit long to deliver for instance, being a truck driver I've started a 700 mile load then drove 700 miles in real life and still not done. I feel like that needs to be accelerated a bit. Over all good game and pretty accurate. I'd love to work with the devs in more detail to help put more realism into it being a truck driver.
Cool, definitely has potential but some things needs improvement. 1) If there's two drivers in a truck, why don't they change automatically? 2) Delivery times are taking too long with the rate drivers are getting tired, so either prolong the durability of the drivers or shorten the delivery times, being able to deliver basically one cargo per day is kinda boring and it is a game after all. Played for few days, weren't able to progress much other than the tapping on the 'Driver is tired' icon
Fun game with a major disappointment. I have played every day for months. Best transportation game I have ever played. However game is so stingy with trucks to buy. Always available is the starter truck the worst in the game. Most of the time the only one available. I have been on for the start of a new sale to see only this starter truck available. You can buy trucks but the game needs at least 50. So no I am not going to pay real $ for a truck that breaks down and needs to be replaced with $.
Great Logic but too far away from making it a business. I'm giving a good rating for the logical experience. kindly allow advertizements in the game to run the business and allow players to purchase the game to avoid ads if they wish. Too much lag between trips. Truck stops when driver is tired. Manual intervention needed to run the game again. That is not easy always. Allow the gamer to complete game with resources. I am removing the game as I am bored with the game. Install it at a later time
It starts pretty hard but once you have more then 4 trucks it gets a lot better. It is very important to be patient, because once you have a bit more trucks, you can buy more a lot faster and it gets really fun. It's a lot nicer then before because you are notified about drivers being tired or getting to the destination. Highly recommend, best manager - tycoon game.
There are two things that most concern me: 1. The slow progress of the game (For me, that Premium Drivers must be deleted and it's functions permanent active); 2. The requirement for you to pay for getting bonuses (Coffee Shop is useless, giving only 24h for 100+ coffees). This game is fun and it has potential, but it'll not grow as much if the system isn't changed.
It's a fun game but it's got some things to work on imo. When you view the map that shows where the trucks are going to, it's just a straight line instead of using a route. The tutorial is kinda lackluster. Gets you going, doesn't really explain any other features like the warehouse, maintenance shop, coffee shop. To help with this, it does have a chat in the game so you can talk with other drivers. I'll continue playing the game because it is fun to play. Those are just my issues with it.
I've been reading other reviews and im not sure what game others are playing, but I have yet to see the addictive part of the game. I've been trying to figure out what a seemingly non English speaker is calling some of the in game things. There is this clock thing, no explanation, no help document. You have a team and they are apparently too stupid to figure out that the rested driver should drive when the other gets tired? 6 hours to good 100 miles? Not realistic at all. No help in game.
Has potential but the game is way to slow paced. I've had the game for about 5 days now and I've made 7000 euro (2500 of that from daily bonus spin). To put that in perspective the worst used truck you can buy costs 25000 euro and a trailer is around 15000 euro. The games economy system really needs to be more balanced. Leveling up drivers is also locked (level 2 requires 15k KM driven for ex) which I also find silly. Real money currency is way over-priced for a game like this.
The game is decent but there is a bug in the tutorial where any time you make a license plate the game freezes
It's an ok game but takes time to get going with very little instruction! I find it annoying that even if I upgrade the Despatch, the driver changes will only be active from VTP! The distance travelled by the drivers doesn't seem right compared to the time taken. Recovery time seems to take a long time also.
Has all the potential to be a excellent game but fails almost straight away. Without paying heaps of $ for premium features you have to manually switch drivers every 2 hours so they can rest which is very unrealistic, actual trick drivers can go 4-5 hours without having to stop for a short break, you get a free 2nd truck after your first delivery but apart from that you have to buy them and only the basic one is affordable at $25000 all the other used ones are $300,000+ paying just kills the fun
Only good if you are willing to be a premium player, otherwise in my opinion not worth it. I played as a premium player for a long time to get up in levels only to find out that the better trucks, only available to higher level players are also premium features. So at like 8+ euros per truck to upgrade my small 30 truck fleet (first upgrade), plus montly fee... Numbers add up and my morale/ motivation goes down. To bad, I liked it.
