Virtual Visit

Very Well Done! Interface is simple and walks you through steps such as setting up appointments, payment, etc. video functionality worked perfectly on first try with my doctor and was of high quality. Nothing flashy or unnecessary; the Atrium Virtual Visit app is exactly what it needs to be, ans should be easily usable for people of all ages and technical skill levels.

Good app for a helpful service -- lacking convenience features like 1. a way to test if the app is picking up your mic correctly, and 2. a confirmation button when it's finally time to connect to your provider. While it might slow things down a bit, it's a bit jarring if you're waiting to hear a "BING" and suddenly be on voice and video. Other than those minor QOL issues, no *real* complaints

I don't have insurance and these people are so nice, it's cheaper than minuteclinic (even though sometimes in person is better) and they almost always get me fixed right up (with the exception of when I need to see someone in person for potentially more serious conditions). Would highly recommend.

Nice option for when you feel bad but don't want to go wait sitting in a doctor's office. Obviously they can't get vitals or perform any tests but if you feel that bad you should go on for a visit anyway. The app itself is easy to use with srep by step instructions. Had to take 1 star off because of a disconnection during consultation but connection was quickly reestablished.

Quickly saw a doctor within about 5 minutes of downloading the app. Overall very smooth experience, no lag in video or audio issues which was great. Didn't have to leave my couch which is ideal since I am feeling so sick.

Excellent Care. Provider was informative and straight forward but caring and I love that! You don't see that often. The wait wasn't long and the quality was right on. Amazing alternative to dragging into the office when you feel horrible.

The app worked well. It was easy to use and quick to get checked in. This is a very convenient alternative to going to the office for a visit. The only downside is that I was so comfortable waiting for the visit to start, because I was on the living room couch, I fell asleep a few times. Haha

The app no longer opens. Additionally, when I last used the app and had a consultation, I requested helped finding a GP and was told I would be contacted shortly after the visit concluded. I was never contacted. The number given in the app for a 'Provider Referral Line' is the number for their billing department.

Wait was no longer than had I gone to an Urgent Care. Dr was able to refill a prescription for me which is what I wanted. I simply used my phone for the whole "visit" and was able to toggle back and forth between playing games and see where I was in line, all in the comfort of my sweats at my kitchen table!

I needed a Dr to help me, it was a long wait but other options were taking longer and someone saw me! I had great attention an while waiting it was visual no annoying music or continuos information.

Best option for the health of ourselves and the providers. Country Durbin! Is a great listener but also knows what you need before you even state it so I enjoyed my experience with the Atrium Health Virtual Visit. Thank you so much for this option.

Takes a while to get a human even if they are marked currently available. However I'd rather wait at home than in a doctors waiting room!. Otherwise, this app is great. Always had caring and kind physicians to see my family. Very thankful for this!

Works great! Easy to hear and understanding. Camera works well for interactive display. No issues.

Virtual Visit is phemonenal, and well worth it! I usually have to wait a day or three to get to see my doctor but VV conveniently gets me the help I need for simple consultations. You'll pay a fee for it but, sometimes the convenience is worth it.

Obsolete - all map menus take you to a "we've moved!" Page. Which is an image that you can copy from. Useless all around.

Tried this for the first time for pink eye. It was amazing. Right from the comfort of my living room. Call lasted 10 minutes, the doctor was able to prescribe me the antibiotics I needed for my eye right from the video chat. Awesome!

Works well. It did take a bit of time to connect on the video portion of an e visit but still a very good app.

I've used this app multiple times and it's a life saver. I love my Doctor's office but staying home with a sick kid is much better than leaving the house!! as long as you have a good connection you should be good.

Very easy to set up and use! It took me less than 5 minutes to set up with my information. Just had my first virtual visit and it was as easy as a click of a button!

I downloaded the app to take advantage of the virtual visit and was pleased at how easy the process was. I also now have access to medical records making any future visits much easier.

Great! The wait was a little long, but provider apologized for connection issues and was very kind and helpful!

Perfect!! Didn't have to visit the office and come into contact edith possibly more germs! Great resource and we will definitely use again.

I am very pleased with this app. The doctor was very nice and asked lots of questions. She had looked at my health history prior to talking with me which I appreciated very much. Overall a very good experience.

best app ever! didn't have to get off my couch and it's cheaper than going to the hospital or doctors. Was seen within minutes!

Great experience! Easy to use and you are signed in see, a doctor, and get results all in minutes! Highly recommend!

Its was overall pretty good, she was very patient with me and was really nice and soft spoken but clear which I think sick people need that.
