This app has the worst user experience. Some validations says invalid number and so many errors. Even the UI is not so clear. Such a waste of time. Worst UX and UI

Very convenient and easy app.

App is very good. So easy to do transaction and the bill payments. All the transaction are in same platform so its really saves our time, it means utility payments, credit and debit card balance checking and etc.

Very poor quality app. This kind of a app we cannot recommend for a bank. Can't do fund transfer. After I am trying to do fund transfer while the fund transfer not processed and after that bank balance also not showing. Then again we need close the app and re login only can see the balance amount. SMS alert also not working. Even I have complained several times. Dear development team please try to sort out these issues ASAP.

Great App which includes excellent in app banking features

This app is extremely unreliable. By mistake i entered my debit card number for a payment to my credit card. And even though it should fail it deducted 60k of my funds without no trace of what happened to it. Trust me im a software engineer. I know garbage when i see it.

This app not allowed to add other Bank credit card payments to favorite list. Please fix it...! Also the purpose of adding to the "favorite transaction" is no use unless it adds the beneficiar. only. If adds the beneficiary, then later we can use it for another transaction. But currently it saved with amonut and users will easily mislead when click favorite transaction.

Application worked previously very well, but with new updates I can't even log in to the app. It doesn't accept the otp and displays network error all the time, Updated, from 1 star to 3 star The issue is when user open message app to see the otp and came back to the Dfcc app to type the otp, Dfcc app either get session expired or any other exception occurring then user get a pop by saying Network error.

Very useful app to do bank transfers and payment very easily. But need to improve few features. Bank account history view. Finger print authentication. Also add search function in the favorites

Totally a mess. Recently the app was not working for 3 days. They do the maintenance during the daytime which is so funny. Not recommended at all. As a bank you must have responsibility than this. Remember this contains financial transitions. SMS are not coming on time. Very poor app. Sysnapsis it guys should do better that this.

Really a good app. And it is convenient to use.

There was a massive system upgrade by the bank last week. Now app slower than usual and you don't know if the funds transferred or not till you do the transfer few times. Utter mess. Poorly executed and blame on the development team.

Almost perfect but i need dark mode ane please stop that vibration which happens at the login it's really annoying. And also this doesn't have every utility payments also when we transfer money from wallet to bank it's really really slow

Lot of new features available. Bill payament, reloads, other bank transfer, balance inquiry etc. Really great app coz its free of chage to use.

This app asked me to update and install the latest version. After installing the latest version, it says it can't run on rooted devices. But my device was never rooted.

Wow, you need Camera, Contact, Microphone, Call accesses to login to the app??? WTH is going on??? Update: Good to see the efforts made to change login flow. Now able to login without giving the critical permissions. Kudos to the development team.

This app is useless now after their recent upgrade. It keeps loading all the time but never worked. Worst application ever.

One of the terrible banking mobile app ever i used, Sometimes app not working in day times due to system upgrade. After the upgrade app getting really slow than previously.
