Useful. the wait is rather long. but I didn't have to drive anywhere, be around other sick people. So it's worth it.
Had to wait a few minutes but took less time than a visit to my pcp. Visit with doc was short and sweet.

I have a question, I haven't seen a virtual doctor yet but will he/she send needed prescriptions to my pharmacist??
i could see him but he couldnt see me so made it a lil difficult other than that saved me a trip to the dr office
The wait time sitting at home is nothing compared to having to go out in the cold and wait at an office! Plus Dr. Long was fast but still thorough and very professional.

It was really easy to set up and the Doctor was professional and kind. I would recommend using the online service if your symptoms seem minor like cough or fever. It is a money saver compaired to an ER or a urgent care visit.
This is a great app . After hurricane Irma went through my area, I will not be able to see the Dr I usually go to at the chc to get my med refills. The Dr was most helpful on getting me meds refilled for me.
Could not enter my birth date so would not work. Only way to do it was to go month by month back to 1966. ?!?!

I believe the app, the service, and the doctors are wonderful. I do however feel that before you spend $40 on your visit they should tell you what they will and will not prescribe through the service. For example men's e d pills will not be prescribed through this service / app. If you know that ahead of time you could save $40. There's also a list of other medications, some of them makes plain sense, that they will not prescribe.
