Seems to have an error multiple times a year that normally requires me to uninstall, reinstall, and renter all of the user settings making this a headache of an app. When working properly it is fine, but there are bugs far to often to get a good review from me.
If you want to get approved and process payments only to have your funds returned to your customers and.account closed, this is the perfect app for you!!! Now imstead of helping my customers pick the right products, im explaining why they are getting a refund. The average customer do not understand. I have bad reviews now and new customers think my company is a scam. Thanks Evalon!! Good job!! Thankfully i found a real card processor!!!
Spins forever then says not. Working so ill have to take down info put thru computer and pay at a higher rate. Grrrrrr
So I got a new phone but kept the same number download this app again so I could use it and every time I put my account information in it says app is not responding and my mom has the same app and we use the same card swiper and hers is saying the same ting so now we can't use it again and it's brand new a little help would be great thank you
Updated: I have been using this app for three years. A few kinks to iron out after updates but other than that it's been smooth sailing! Previous comment : Will not accept the swipe function. I have to manually key in cc info.
It's not terribly difficult to use. Their customer service has been easy enough for when I've needed them. It's cheaper than most credit services. I can use it on multiple devices.
I'm bother to enter all the data manually. It's fails 90% of the time using the reader. A lost of time just trying.
This app works great on my Samsung Note 5! No complaints here!

everything in this app works great and just did an update, however they haven't fixed the issue with the small space for the customer signature. when you turn your phone sideways, it should enlarge the signature screen also for customers to have more space to sign. that's what most of my customers complain about. they have very little space to sign. fix it please ASAP!
This app won't let me use a Bluetooth card reader I have gone through 2 before having to switch to a headphone reader and now that I have to read chips I need a Bluetooth reader again. Samsung Galaxy S5
I have to completely setup up the app every time I close it. Pretty embarrassing when I show up on a job site and can't collect a payment.

Space for signature is very small, wish you could turn phone on its side to expand the space. In the tip section it would be nice if you could permanently select either percentage or cash. The font is also very small and difficult for most people to read. I use my phone (galaxy 5) but wish I could use my tablet. I have a Samsung tablet and the card swipe does not work with it.
I'm using the latest version... When I first load up the app, it queries me to enter in my 4 digit pin. The keyboard should automatically load. I have to click on the screen for my keyboard to pop up (unnecessary step). On the next screen I have to enter in the amount, but you require me to click on the amount section for my keyboard to pop up again. To be efficient, these two sections should have the keyboard already pop up. Overall a good upgrade, but need better tip default amounts...please look at wells fargo merchant or even square to get ideas.
No memory ( everytime one gets logged out because of a phone call or a stupid pop up notification the app completely erases everything including email addresses that had been thoughtfully typed) , no flexibility, ( one should be able to set a log out time without being forced to immediate logout) very little experience in mobile payment processing. ( you may want to try copying someone else's ideas to make this app even somewhat similar)
I have a non rooted OnePlus One phone which is just unlocked from a carrier. This issue needs to be fixed so I can take payments. If this isn't fixed then we can move on to another merchant service. There is a lot of competition these days and one that makes it user friendly as safe wins.
This is the worst app I have EVER used. Once in a while it will take away my tips for the day when the batch settles. The company says they can't do anything because it is not consistently happening. Uhm...then let me dock it from your pay...then I bet you could fix it. Also, I have called several times for help to get the merchant services added to my website for online shopping...This was 3 weeks ago and they still can't make the shopping cart accept payments. So frustrating!
Having the app installed, always updated, having turned on the magtek bullet it should be a no brainier. But no, let's make this business owner look like a technical idiot in front of his clients that simply want to pay and get back to their hotel room after a 6-8 wine tour. To add insult to injury I then have to manually enter the cc info & pay higher fees. Total BS. It's time to put software engineers on a subject to charge back pay plans. Make the app function properly & keep your pay, if not $ deducted
