If you want headaches, choose this VPBX, but if you want convenience and affordable then choose Amazon Connect,RingCentral or Vonage.. they're the best.

Solid app
Very Clunky App. QOS is very inconsistent on making calls and in call quality. Often get Phone not available msgs.
Most efficient application to use !! VoIP calling is pretty good.
The app is simple and easy to use. It works fine on wifi. However on 4g it is total crap even with Max 4g signal. The app indicator displays good network conditions, but the calling party hears nothing and the call drops all the time. Complete failure!!!!
Use it everyday one wifi and 4g, no issues. Love it!

I have multiple clients using this and there have never been any issues. Works great for a mobile workforce since they can call from anywhere but it always appears that they are at the office.
Works great over WiFi, but not over my phone's data connection.
The quality is horrible.
Had high hopes...is a great concept but poorly executed insofar as quality. App crashes constantly... poor quality connections...cuts off calls...shows 'not registered ' or 'registering' often. I log out and back in to get it working. I have fast business grade internet and top of line routed within 5 feet of the phone...and 5g connection. Cant imagine what it would be like less all those ideal factors. and Bluetooth Headset has major issues with it.
Setup wasn't too hard. I do have problems on wireless that my voice cuts out but I can still hear the callers just fine. It actually works better over 4G, but that isn't acceptable for when my users are traveling and need the soft phone to work on wireless.
Poor Bluetooth interfacing causes intermittent phone issues. Phone can't be operated with the Bluetooth Quality of service is good but not great. Must exit app as it will create issues with the cell phone calls sing Bluetooth
App itself is is pretty good after update. Call quality is still far from great.
Used this twice to call clients so that I wasn't calling them from my personal cell. Any other notifications like text, emails, alarms, or even other calls...break through your call---cutting out your recipient and all they hear is a Staticky air. It's a pretty useless app to me right now, but if they can fix that I will definitely try again.
Anytime I log out I can't log back in without it constantly force closing. I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Very unfortunate since I like this feature and pay $5/Mo for it with my account. If this isn't addressed soon I will be canceling this feature
Can't get username or password to work after several attempts.
Only issue some may have with the app is that it doesn't work well with WiFi.
works as expected. voice mail seems a little antiquated but still works as it should. can't beat the service for the price.
