Visa Concierge

App is well designed, except for one major design flaw. You are not able to change your Visa card registered to the app by yourself. As someone who has multiple Visa cards, you have to submit a concierge request, wait for the Visa Concierge to contact you, provide your new 16 digit Visa Card number over the phone just to change the card registered to the app. Please include the feature to allow users to change the Visa card tagged to the app ourselves.

The app says it needs to be updated and to click that message. Nothing happens and it doesn't allow me to go forward. At the same time, Play Store shows no available update.

Doesn't even get past the home screen, an error keeps popping up that the app needs update, the app is already on the latest version available on playstore. Deleting it right away.

Visa Concierge service app is a cruel joke. Supposedly an app that is to offered to the most premium customers holding the very best premium Visa category (Infinite) and all it does is simply redirect to a webpage that also does not work (stuck at logon). What a let down !!

It took me ages to sign up. I'm not able to reset the password, I'm not receiving emails even if I have an account.... A nightmare so far. Hopefully it will work better once I can sign in

cannot log in . sent email and waited but no reply. tried resetting password but did not get email despite app saying it sent (yes , i checked spam folder) . at this app is not functional.

Keep asking me to check my connection. What good is the app when u download it ,Registered and it keep telling you to check connection. Doesnt work.

Useless! Booked a restaurant through this app, the app stated some so-called visa privileges e.g. welcome drink, but it didn't happen at all. A complete lie.

The app is not working at all. A blue screen is showing when opening and thats all

Could not open the app at all. It keeps closing every time I open it. Used to work well though.

I can't login. It requires me to confirm verification when I try logging in. Although I verified twice successfully. I don't know why?

Fantastic app. Have used the concierge many times to assist with bookings and they were helpful and professional. Recommended app.
