VisecaOne Mobile is available for Android Version 4.1.x.

Activation and login:To register you will need a valid registration code, which can be requested at www.visecaone.ch and will be sent to you by post.

After changing cellphones to a Pixel 6, I don't seem to be able to login anymore. Every time I try to log-in I get an error message saying "A technical error has occurred. Please try again later". I know my password is fine because I'm able to log-in in their webpage, and in their webpage they're not providing any way of contacting them digitally (just phones) -- which is annoying.

Not 100% reliable, sometimes it just doesn't work, without giving any feedback as to why. You cannot use the app to transfer money onto the credit card, but the app is practically compulsory for using the card for online payment.

Very bad. 7/10 times I don't manage to give authorisation when I would like to buy something through this app. In my purchase history it takes days while I can see what I bought, so my balance is never actual. As European I am deeply shocked that a Swiss bank which should provide the best banking service on Earth relies on this app.

The app is weird... I recieve a notification concerning my transaction the moment I make one which is great! Yet, as we all know the transaction takes a few days to be actually recorded by Viseca, which is problematic because then the whole thing becomes unsecronized with the app and the billing. Also Viseca is absolutely the worst Credit Card company and if any other bank in my country were to work with any other credit card company I would change it that second. Very dishonest if you ask me.

Very bad experience. When application start, pop-up message: Synchronisation failed. Please activate automatic date and time under system settings. I am IT guys, but really do not understand what is it mean. All settings stay in mode take date and time from network. What is it mean the developers I have no idea. Application couldn't start on Android 11

Much better than the catastrophic App some years ago. Still, login did not work. -> PW reset. Not working, it flipped as the cookies were not set. Exit, adapted, saved the cookies. Again reset. now I could set the PW again. Actually the same as before, but may be my mistake. Added a new card. Activation SMS arrived with link. I immediately pressed the link. I was told, the link expired. Had the activationSMS sent again. Now working. I wonder how I will get along with it.

Money thieves. They didn't bill me the month of January, instead they billed me in February with interest. Also they always charge a 1.75% fee on anything you buy online. If you need to pay online, use Revolut (no fees).

1990 called, it wants its banking system back. The app is actually fine, but the credit card is worthless. When a payment takes weeks to be reflected in the balance, that makes this a credit card I can't trust.

Shows an error message "something went wrong" with formatting so bad you can't even read the whole text (all text rendered on top of each other). Second time this happened. I can't even report it to them because "the app doesn't allow screenshots". I mean sure if my app was this terrible, I probably would not allow screenshots either... Fun fact: the supposed error is a lie, the actual transaction went through in the background - good thing I checked with the vendor before trying again.

After the latest update the app switched from English to German without any notice and without the possibility to switch back. Definitely not a user-oriented move. For me, an expat in a French-speaking canton, this is unacceptable. EDIT AFTER DEVS RESPONSE: Indeed this helped. However this probably should be a default behaviour for unsupported languages. Thanks for the solution!

Every few days the One icon disappears from the folder where I put it. Probably there are updates to the app but they don't use the same identifier, so Android of course can't remember that it's the same app. Otherwise it seems to work OK. Sometimes it crashes just before presenting the fingerprint entry dialog, but this has become rarer now.

It would be really great if I could use NFC on my phone to use the case. Having to physically carry a card is kind of pointless these days. Even better, it would be great to have the card integrate with Google Pay. Another useful feature would be virtual cards to be used in online shopping without risking compromising physical details. Login with fingerprint is not working, but works in all other apps. When I try to activate it by using my password, it waits for my fingerprint, but says an error occurred as soon as I touch the sensor. Sometimes the screen becomes messed up, greyish color with the buttons and logos at random places. Fingerprint logo gets copied many times all over the screen.

I used it for over 3 years and worked ok. However suddenly it doesn't work anymore. It says that the time zone has to be on automatic. It is but still it says I have to change settings. I tried to download the App again after uninstalling...same again. Very disappointing.

Very seldom to get usable swiss app without major problem or bugs! And this is the one (and it's even available in English which I congrats for a swiss app which often propose only German as default language......)! Only minor fix, would be to fix the temporary "freeze/lock" card button, which could work with only 1 instead of 2 taps. Otherwise some other improvements like adding a virtual card feature as Revolut does? Would be nice.

Most of the time the app is actually working, sometimes it's just in limbo and I cannot access my derails at all. That leaves me with a rather uncomfortable feeling since I don't know if someone else could access my account during that time. Also not being able to export the transaction data for analysis purposes is really poor. Currently I need to manually take and type the data from the analysis function into an excel spreadsheet which is ineffective.

The App does what it says in the box. However, you cannot contest a fraudulent transaction from within the app - this missing functionality is critical. Furthermore, when i complained that it requires a phone call to unblock my card (which is problem when i travel, because i would need to buy airtime with my now locked credit card) i got told off by Viseca for even requesting that this should be possible through the app!

Big difficulties in accepting an online transaction since the latest update (technical errors with no explanation). Works only when going on the app homepage, refreshing and confirming paiement multiple times. This goes against everything I learned about safe online transaction practices. Also, no in-app bug report button (or didn't find it).

The app itself is a great idea, sadly it refuses to work at times. If I order from a website I get a notification on my phone to accept the payment (so far so good), which I then accept, using fingerprint etc. The app itself then lets me know that the transaction has been confirmed and will be executed. Somehow that information then doesnt get transmitted to the online stores. The issue isnt my bank nor my bank account, nor do I believe that 15+ online stores have the same bug. Its frustrating!!

This app is the worst: Ever since installing Android Q (10), the app just constantly keeps crashing as soo. as it's opened. Other E-banking apps at least were fine after resetting the data on the phone, but not this app. Furthermore, why was the app renamed to "one", probably just so it cannot be found anymore, so people don't use it.
