Vision Bank

This app has many issues. I didn't have many problems in the beginning but then it started slowing down. I've used mobile deposit twice. The first time it worked fine but I tried it again and the pictures wouldn't load. They need to fix this because this app hasn't seen an update in a long time

This is by far the worst app i have had the misfortune of trying. It doesn't work at 100% failure rate of sign in. I have deleted and look forward to moving to a bank that can keep up with the times.

Why is everything so confusing on this app??!! Everything was working fine. For a little while. I have quite a bit in my savings account now it says $0.00 like what!?! Oh hell no. Somebody better fix this.

I opened a check account..(new).. They made me feel comfortable and that i can trust putting my money in there bank ... I appreciate yall..

I love using Vision Bank and the app makes my life a little easier.

It's the best connection to my bank account and it's very secure.

Mobile deposit pictures of check doesn't work in app..

App is nice when not at a computer but it's useless at the start of every month as it won't let you see the previous month. This is a big problem when you want to check a transaction that only happened 2 days previous but you cant. This issue needs to be addressed.

Customer service doesn't have a clue how to fix this. Camera has permission when you install app.

I want to be able to transfer from my account to another.. Like from mine to my mother's. That needs to be a possibility it's simpler and less stress by calling the automated system.

I have three accounts, but can only see the first one. This is not all that helpful.

You have no option to see more than the last 4 or 5 transactions. For some, like me, you depend heavily on our phones to run our day to day lives....this is BAD.

Compared to my credit union apps this one is worthless. Very limited uses.

Can only check balances cannot see past yesterdays transactions liked the computer version 10 times better

Won't let me log in about 1/3 of the time.

Unbelievable... force closes when i need to use the find atm function... i need it and i cant use it. Frustrating

App looks good..and so far works great with the new update. Now I want to see a scanned check deposit feature (check 21)

I've never been able to login...it always forecloses.
