Absolutely love this bank. I have had very positive experiences with the bank clerks. Online mobile app is very cast and efficient and current time accurate.
Half the time I can't even check my balance because of error which is frustrating. This is an everyday issue since I started with this app two years ago.
About half the time I open this app it gives me an error and won't let me log in. For the function of this app, one would hope it's more reliable. May switch banks for this and other issues.
Completely useless. Instant balance doesn't work, I can't log in, ever... Uninstalling.
App is ok...crashes a lot! When it does work...it does what I need it to do. Just not super reliable!

Got check today on a Saturday, and I deposited it and it will be in my account on Monday. Easy to do and saves time.

Easy to use, if you can manage to get logged in. Very difficult to get into, it keeps saying there is a problem validating my log in information, which I know to be accurate. Extremely frustrating.
